AudioQuest

AudioQuest designed their VDM-A coaxial RF cable to minimize distortion on wide-bandwidth sources like digital satellite (DBS), antenna, and cable TV signals. The cable features a solid, long grain copper center conductor with silver plating to improve high frequency performance. Foil wrap around the insulation and an additional layer of braiding shield the cable from external electronic interference that can degrade the signal.

Features

VDM-AF Series: AudioQuest/CinemaQuest VDM Series cables are designed to minimize distortion across an extremely wide bandwidth. This 75Ω cable acts like a conduit which has to carry relatively low frequency analog video. The VDM-AF series cables are designed to carry all these signals with minimum interference from the cable.

Construction: The VDM-AF uses a solid, 26 AWG, 1.25% silver-plated long grain copper center conductor, insulated with Hard Cell Foam (HCF). Silver-plating greatly improves high frequency performance. Nitrogen-injected HCF reduces distortion caused by the insulating material and helps maintain a stable 75Ω. The combination braid and foil shield provides 100% protection coverage and lowers distortion. Gold-plated F-connectors are professionally attached with superior AudioQuest solder.

Connectors: The VDM-AF RF coax cable features a right-angle 75Ω, F-type male connector on one end and a straight 75Ω, F-type male connector on the other end.
