Internal Memory: The Flip Video F260B digital camcorder is equipped
with a built-in 2GB flash internal memory that is capable of capturing up to 60
minutes of video.
Video Format: The camcorder records video in a MPEG4 AVI format at 30
frames per second (constant). This unit does not offer the ability to capture
still images.
LCD Screen: The Flip Video Ultra Series F260B digital camcorder
feature a non-glare, 1.5" TFT color LCD display with 528 x 132 pixels. The
camcorder does not feature a viewfinder.
VGA CMOS Sensor: The F260B digital camcorder uses a 1/4" VGA CMOS
sensor to capture your video in a 640 x 480 resolution.
Optics: The F260B features a fixed focus (0.8m to infinity) lens with
an aperture rating of f/2.4 for great results in low-light environments.
Digital Zoom: The digital camcorder offers a smooth multi-step 2x
digital zoom. This camcorder does not offer an optical zoom.
Auto White Balance & Exposure: The digital camcorder features an
auto-adaptive white/black balance and exposure which make capturing your video
even easier.
Built-In Microphone: The camcorder utilizes a built-in wide range,
high quality microphone for improved audio sensitivity and accuracy.
Built-In Speaker: The camcorder also features an integrated speaker so
you can hear audio from your recorded video during playback on the F260B.
TV Out: The F260B is equipped with a 3.5mm A/V output and comes
supplied with a composite video/stereo audio RCA cable for connecting the camera
to your television for playback. The camcorder only supports NTSC video format.
USB Connection: The camcorder features a convenient built-in, flip-out
USB 2.0 type-A connector for plugging the camcorder into your PC for video file
transfer using the supplied built-in software.
Built-In Software: The F260B is equipped with built-in Flip Video
software for unlimited private sharing of your recorded videos online. You can
also create video greeting cards, upload your videos to YouTube, AOL Video or
prepare for web publishing from any online website. The software also allows you
to edit your videos by setting start/end points and selecting from six movie
styles. You can also extract a still image from your video using the camcorder's
internal software. The built-in Flip Video software also helps you manage your
video by allowing you to play, copy/move, delete, rename or archive your
recorded videos onto your PC. To use this software your computer most meet the
following system requirements.

Mac OS X 10.3.9, SVGA display (1024 x 768) monitor and video card, QuickTime
7 or later
Pure Digital DVD Processing: The F260B can be taken to authorized Pure
Digital retailers for the creation of custom DVDs so you can watch your recorded
video from your DVD player on your Television. These retailers include - CVS,
RITE AID, RITZ Camera, Wolf Camera, Duane Reade, and Longs Drugs.
Battery Life: The digital camcorder operates off of two "AA"
batteries. The camcorder comes supplied with two alkaline "AA" batteries but can
also operate off of two Lithium or NiMH rechargeable "AA" batteries. The
supplied alkaline batteries will provide up to 2.5 hours of operation while the
optional Lithium and NiMH batteries will provide up to 6.5 hours.
Power Saver: The digital camcorder will automatically shut-down if the
camcorder is left on and there is no operation for approximately 1 minute.
Tripod Mount: The unit features a standard tripod mount located on the
bottom of the camcorder.
Carrying Pouch: The camcorder comes supplied with a soft felt carry
pouch to protect the F260B when not in use.
