Our take on the MAXSA Parking Mat

You'll never have to ease your way into your garage again. Use MAXSA's Park Right® parking mat to stop in the right spot every time. Anti-skid tape keeps the pad in place, and the bumper lets you know when to stop. The mat works with any size vehicle, or for boats and RVs, and makes a great addition to your garage if you have a beginning driver in the family. Available in black, red, or high-visibility yellow. Package includes one mat. Warranty: 90 days.

Works as it should, adhesive seems to be sticking fine so far not shifting around any more.

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I was scepticle when I got these in the mail, as they seems smaller than the picture, but they work as advertised. I have a 2012 dodge challenger and my garage has limited room, so I had to do something. Only took a minute to mark where I wanted and then lay down. I am thinking of getting another set for the wife

Pros: easy to setup, works like a dream, durable.

Cons: none

MAXSA Parking Mat

Slappy from Spokane, WA on 8/29/2014

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Definite improvement over the hanging tennis ball or the faded red laser light. Unobtrusive, straight forward, easy to use/install. Could use stronger adhesive, if you turn the wheels while the car is stationary on the pad, it can break the adhesive.

Pros: Inexpensive, unobtrusive, easy to install

Cons: Could use stronger adhesive

Works Great...Great Price

BCY123 from Westchester, NY on 4/16/2014

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Simple, straight-forward product. And low in price at Crutchfield!! About 50% less then other internet vendors. Carefully place mat where you want car tire to be. Might have to move around if to get car just where you like. Then remove protector from adhesive and apply. Easy to use, and works fine. Get 2, one for each wheel, just in case its hard to line up the car.

Chris from Long Island,NY on 9/21/2013

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Simple yet effective design. Now I am in no danger of hitting something in front of me while leaving a generous amount of room for extra storage in the garage.

Pros: Easy to tell when your wheel touches the mat. Rear bump is large enough to prevent over run. Price effective. Bright color.

Cons: None

MAXSA Parking Mat

GaryR from Moore, SC on 9/4/2013

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

The mat really works well. I had many other suggestions from hanging a ball from the ceiling in my garage to the newer electronic devices, but this has been very effective. The only down side is that when the car in not in the garage the mat can be a tripping hazard. Other wise it works well

Pros: Positive stop every time

Cons: Tripping hazard

Q & A

Customer Q&A

Crutchfield asked
Why did you buy this?

I've been using one of these in my garage for the last 7 years, and it's been awesome. Obviously, a piece of plastic isn't going to last forever when driving a vehicle over it repeatedly day after day, so it's finally come time to replace my original. It's worked perfectly and done the job, and 7 years of trouble free use seems like a pretty darn good value to me, so happy to purchase another as a replacement. [ Jason  Mar 08, 2016 ]
