Features
Overview: The On-Q VM7640 1 x 1 Bi-Directional Video
Amplifier Module amplifies video signals to up to 8 television locations (when
used with 4-way, 6-way, or 8-way video splitter/combiner modules--VM1000,
VM1001, or VM1002). It is a simple solution that creates a flexible, scalable
amplified video system. The VM7632 supports cable modem, digital cable, and
video on demand. The amplifier module requires a 12-15-volt DC/160mA power
source (not included). The video amplifier comes ready to install in the
supplied metal mounting bracket, and is ready for mounting into an On-Q
enclosure.
Inputs and Outputs: The Video Amplifier Module has one input
(labeled CATV/ANT) and one output (labeled EXTERNAL). In addition, the unit has
a DC power input (12-15 VDC/160mA) for the power supply.
