The Lowepro Edit 130 is an ideal choice for parents, grads, grandparents, travelers — anyone who wants to carry and protect their investment. The lid features both a secure zipper for long trips, as well as a Velcro tab for fast access to your camcorder. The padded interior has an internal divider that adjusts to fit snugly against your cam so it won't bounce around in transit. Dual side pockets, a front zippered pocket, and internal mesh pockets provide plenty of room for storing all your accessories, including video cables and remotes. Carry this bag by the adjustable shoulder strap or comfort-grip handle.
The Edit 130 also has a SlipLock attachment tab, so you can add compatible Lowepro pouches and get more room for accessories.
Nice bag for a smaller camera.
Cons: Some fraying on strap
Perfectly fits my requirement. Can easily house any 5-7in point-and-shoot camera along with charger and extra battery and other cables. The padded interiors provide extra protection from accidental drop. Love the adjustable strap, totally comfortable to carry around. And not to mention good product at great price!!
Decent bag with decent padding, but it is way too small for the camcorder that it provided with, i.e., Canon G30. For the older Canon 500 that we have it works well for storing the camcorder and charger.
Seems a bit early to rate this, but I will base it on an early examination. I bought this for my teenage son and his Canon camcorder we bought from Crutchfield, which he dearly loves. He is turning into an accomplished videographer with this camera and iMovie on a MacPro laptop. He is very happy with the fit of his camcorder in this bag, and the pockets he can put his charger, memory cards, etc. into. It seems to be substantially made.
Pros: Nice use of space and pocket designs. Seemingly well-made. Fairly adequate padding for protection.
Cons: None so far.
I bought this camera bag to replace an old one for my Sony Handycam DVD-DCR 610. It has plenty of space for my camcorder, travel charger, a couple mini DVDs, an extra battery, and even room for my cell phone. The bag is also nicely padded and it's well lined. I feel it protects my gear adequately. The outer material is weather resistant and it has a belt loop that isn't too cumbersome for when I don't want to use the shoulder strap. I like that the bag flap has a zipper and Velcro and that the outside front compartment is zippered also. There's 2 side pockets that have Velcro and they are big enough to carry an extra battery or my keys. Overall this is a very good bag for the price.
Pros: nice padding and inside is lined removable divider weather resistant material extra pockets good protection shoulder strap & belt loop
A little smaller than I had thought, but it will work well for hiking. Looks like it will carry the camera body and 1 lens (Olympus EM-5 and a zoom lens)... with an extra battery, mem card, some filters ,etc. It will likely work if I use a small prime lens and the zoom.
Pros: small, well built, well padded
Cons: maybe a little too small
This works for me to consolidate my two small point and shoot cameras. I can fit in both cameras in their carry cases, the two different battery chargers, extra batteries, SD card case, camera straps, lens cleaner and a micro tripod. Now I don't have to look around the house for all that stuff. I can just grab this bag and go. I know I'll have everything I need for those point and shoot cameras. The padding is pretty thick and protective.
Pros: 1) Consolidates point and shoot cameras and gear. 2) This can carry larger video cameras, of course, will also fit smaller video cameras along with the battery chargers. 3) Will fit a one inch camera and lens. 4) The case has thick protective padding. 5) Zippers and exterior seem to be very durable.
Cons: Will not fit a 4/3 camera and lens or anything larger, bummer.
Great bag for the price. This bag has a place for all your camera needs. I love it.
Pros: Light weight, well padded, and enough room for everything.
This is a nice bag. I've purchased other Lowepro bags and they are decent quality. This bag was a bonus for free when buying the camera. I certainly appreciate but I wish they free offering was for a camera bag that actually fit the camera I bought. I could carry four of the camera I bought in this bag so I shopped for a small compact bag to protect my camera. I'll find a good use for this Lowepro bag and thank you Crutchfield for throwing it in with my purchase.
Pros: Decent quality.
Cons: None other than it is too big for my camera.
This is a real nice bag. It was recommended by a Cruthfield employee for my SP100 Olympus camera. Unfortunately, the camera does not fit in the bag. The bag has several pockets, which makes it quite hand for accessories.
I got the bag for free but if I had to purchase a bag it would have been this one. Bag is roomy enough for my new camera and digital camcorder plus accessories.
Lots of room for all the accessories. With such a small camera it is nice to have bag to store the goodies. I actually bought a small protective case for my belt to carry the camera around but this allows a place for the everything else.
Pros: great size and lots of individual pockets
Very good hand bag for camaras and accesories
I'm happy with the bag. I have a camera case I've been using for 4 years now of the same brand that I've also been happy with.
Pros: Nice design, nice looking. Great camera bag for the price.
Cons: Don't like the Velcro on the main cover, would prefer a snap. Just personal preference.
I have always leaned towards LowePro products and this bag affirms my choice. It is well made and well padded and I can't believe that small a bag can hold what it does. Yes, I have a small camera, Sonly PJ430, the reason for my selection. To make it even better was the great price reduction and I used reward points to defray all costs. Good going Crutchfield.
Pros: Material and size
Just the right size to hold my Nikon s6800 and all it's accessories.
Pros: Well made. Good size.
Cons: None that I can think of.
I bought this bag for a digital camcorder. Even though the camera fits in the palm of your hand - I wanted a bag to carry the extra stuff too, like the extra battery, charger and various cords. And if I don't take all the extra stuff - I can put my digital still camera also.
Pros: Love the color and the size.
I just happened on this store and this camera bag---Thank Goodness!! It is the perfect size for my bridge camera and a few little extras like batteries and cleaning cloth and cable. The price was fantastic and free shipping!! It arrived early and in perfect shape. The case itself has a good amount of padding and is light weight. If you decide to buy this I don't think you will regret it--but--be sure to measure your camera first.
Pros: Good quality, good looks, organized interior, great padding, reasonable price. Great for bridge camera and few accessories
Cons: Too small if you want to take a spare lens or anything else that is bigger than a battery. The velcro closures hold well but are annoyingly noisy to open.
Nice bag for a small camera and accessories such as your battery charger and cord. I like it has the extra zippered pocket in the front, is cushioned well on the inside, and you can undo the velco compartment inside. Easy to carry with the handles or strap. Hand to have even if you use it for other accessories when traveling while your camera is inside your purse.
Pros: Light, well cushioned, lots of space for a bag this size
Cons: Well priced at around $10 but I probably wouldn't pay much more.
Good sized, well-made camera bag. Not so small that you can't include an extra lens or two, batteries, etc. A good basic bag. Good value at this price.
Nice camera case
Pros: Lots of room and lite weight
This case is just the right size to hold a Canon G1x MKii with shoulder strap, extra battery, charger, USB cable, HDMI cable, and a mini tripod. I do not have one, but there is room for the optional viewfinder.
Pros: Perfect size, well made, well padded, red color sets it apart from the myriad black and grey ones
The case works very well it is just the right size for camera and a cleaning cloth. No need for any larger
Nice little bag. I think it's been discontinued, but still, it's handy to carry important goodies while still protecting them. Decent quality, can't really find any fault with it at all. Nice padding all around, nice handle, even a shoulder-carry strap (vs wrist-strap) for what's a fairly small bag!
Pros: Decent quality, good padding, convenient handle/strap. Nice convenient side-pockets.
Cons: Can't quite think of any, except the suggested regular price (I got mine at a rather steep discount, which was great; 30bux is kinda silly, but 1/3 that is awesome! :) ).
Found this great deal from crutchfield.com for my mirror less camera. The bag fit my camera perfect with additional lens, battery charger, small flash and memory cards. The bag look great, the quality is a good as my professional gear like Thinktank, Tamrac, Crumpler.... Recommended to my friends.... They all ordered from crutchfield as well. :)
Pros: Great price and perfect fit for my Samsung NX300 kit
I purchased this case for an HD camcorder. It has room for the camcorder, batteries, charger, wires. It is very secure and soft inside. It is actually the 2nd of this style I have purchased. I also have one for a larger, older camcorder. I highly recommend it.
Pros: Good when you travel and need to take everything with you or if you just want to store everything in one place. Can fit in a backpack or large bag.
Cons: Way to big for a purse.
LARGE, ROOMY AND WELL PADDED. A LITTLE LARGER THAM I EXPECTED. AMPLE ROOM FOR ALL MY EXTRAS. I EVEN HAVE A POCKET FOR MY SMALL CAMCORDER, THAT I USE FOR SMALL PROJECTS. I RECOMMEND IT AS A PERFECT TRAVEL COMPANION.
Pros: WELL CONSTRUCTED. A GOOD VALUE.
Cons: A LITTLE LARGE.
Great bag fits my nikon L820 just fine with xtra space. On the ouside it has two pockets on each side. One nice size pocket in the front with two little inner pockets for say a memory card or batteries. What I liked is when you open the bag there is an inner zipper which really keeps the camera safe. The inside also comes with a divider and a nice size inside pocket which has a zipper too. There are lots of storage options. It also has a belt holder and shoulder strap. I think the color is nice too. Sometimes you don't always want the normal black camera bags. Over all excellent.
Pros: Plenty of pockets. Nice Color. Shoulder strap. Easy carry. Good quality.
Cons: I really can't think of one
Came free with a camcorder purchase. My parents really liked it. It fit the camcorder along with extra batteries and accessories. Unfortunately, they lost it along with a spare battery and some acessories on a beach in Mexico, but they said it was great while it lasted!
Pros: Spacious, fit camcorder plus accessories easily.
Cons: Not sure, got lost fairly quickly.
Got this bag bundled with my Canon HF R400 camcorder, and it works great! It's a modest size, but it's also very roomy on the inside. It holds the camcorder, microphone, SD cards and extra batteries. The interior is very well-padded, and I'm assured that my equipment is safe and sound.
Pros: Nice compact size, plenty of room for camcorder and accessories.
excellent bag for small mirrorless 3/4 format digital camera and accessories easy to set up and to carry, great price and deal.
Pros: Excellent size, well made, perfect for my Olympus Pen cameras.
This is a very nice bag and seems like it will hold everything I plan to put into it.
A little smaller than I expected, but can't beat the price; and good quality.
This Camera Bag for a small frame camera with lens is durable and well made. The Camera Bag can also be used to carry Lenses for a larger framed Camera.
Pros: It was invented in California
Lightweight yet sturdy constuction. Velcro compartment wall allows for customization of interior storage 2 compartments. Great value for the price.
Pros: Sturdy construction, ample storage for camera, great value for the purchase price
Cons: Limited exterior storage pockets
Great little case but still big enough to hold all the gear you have! There are compartments that increase the carrying capacity enough to hold even my big camera. Looks good too! Exterior looks fancier than the low cost would lead you to expect. A great purchase, one that I recommend without reservation.
Pros: COST, APPEARANCE, USABILITY, FLEXIBILITY
Cons: COULD POSSIBLY HAVE MORE PADDING
At the price, actually bought them to protect sound meter and other electronic test equipment. I won't be using them for cameras because I use professional DSLRs. As long as you pay attention to the inside dimensions of these baga, you will not be disappointed.
Pros: Sturdy, well padded
Cons: None identified.
compact and sturdy
Pros: good price
Almost perfect size for my NEX-3N. Quality is as expected from Lowepro - the free 2nd case promotion makes this an exception value.
Pros: Nice size for small interchangeable lens camera. Good quality - materails & construction.
Too small to effectively be of any great value.
Pros: simple...great price
Pros: Padded and adjustable
This bag came free with my Canon HD camcorder. Plenty of room for the camera and accessories.
My sister has the same camera as me, and given the size of the video cam it actually fit in my Cannon camera bag in the battery charger section, so I gave the case to her. It is made well and sturdy. Lots of extra space!
I got this for free with the purchase of a Canon Vixia HF M500. I am using it but will likely get a better camera bag. Very simple, and does the job, but does not meet my needs. I wouldn't waste my money on this product.
Pros: Got it for free. Works
Cons: Cheap material Too small Bad quality
Great bag but too big for the Nikon Coolpix S6300.
Pros: Nice roomy bag. Good and sturdy! Nice color.
Cons: Too big for the point and shoot I bought. I would have preferred one that was more glove fitting to protect the camera but this one will do when wanting to carry charger, etc.
Great bag! Lots of room, the inside compartment is adjustable to just about any size camera. Pockets on the outside, front, and inside the top flap. Case is sealed with a zipper and Velcro to keep dirt and water out of your equipment. Water-resistant outer shell.
Nice bag, but larger than necessary for the Canon camera purchased. But it was free, so I can't be too picky.
Even though this was "free" bag with purchase, it should have been the appropriate size for the Sony Cyber-shot® DSC-T110 credit card-size camera I bought. Instead, it is comparatively enormous! I could put the camera and all its accessories in the two outside pockets alone. The bag is intended for a video camera. That said, it looks like a nice quality bag and I like the burgundy color. Yesterday I gave the bag to my sister to see if it is suitable for her full-size Canon Digital SLR. She was delighted with the appearance of the bag, but we've yet to see if her camera fits. I'm still left without a bag.
Pros: Nice quality and color; good padding for protection; lots of pockets for accessories.
Cons: Unsuitably large size for camera it is supposed to be used with.
Crutchfield sent me this nice camera bag free of charge after I bought my Nikon L120 from them. The space in the bag is just right for the camera and few accessories .
Pros: Nice well cushioned compact bag.
The bag is OK... Ugly color, though. Also too big for my small camera.
compact, efficient -- easy to carry -- great organizer
This came with our order for a Canon PowerShot A1200. The bag looks to be well made and has a whole lot of room if used for a small camera. We'll probably use it for traveling and be able to store multiple items along with a camera.
Pros: - Good construction - A lot of space to carry items/accessories if using it to carry a small camera - Nice color
Cons: - Too big for just toting around a small camera.
This was a freebie with camera purchase. My guess is they could not sell this color
Pros: Functional Unique color won't get mixed up with other bags. :)
Cons: Color is hideous
From a construction standpoint this bag probably deserves at least a 4 star rating. It has an adequate number of seperate storage compartments with the primary storage area including a movable divider. Size is awkward for cameras-too large for a standard digital camera even if you decide to carry the charger and an extra battery along, yet too small for a DSLR camera and even one additional lens. From a size standpoint, it may be better suited to carrying a digital video camera and accessories.
Pros: Quality construction
Cons: Awkward size
I got this bag FREE with my Lumix GF2 purchase. I did not have very high expectation for free stuff. Boy, Was I pleasantly surprised! The bag is very well made and is a perfect fit for the GF2.
This case is very durable BUT.....when you plan to take your camcorder, all the cables and chargers that you need, your dvd's, battery...etc...there just isn't enough room for everything.
Nice bag it is a little small. The bigger bag would have been better
Too small for all the accessories I bought but is adequate.Had I known I would have bought a bigger case.
Like other reviewers here, I received this bag as a bonus -- in my case, a Nikon P500 (thank you, Crutchfield). It seems reasonably well padded but has modest storage capacity. It will certainly accommodate spare batteries and SD cards with ease but a charger and cable tend to max it out. On the other hand, its small size makes it ideal for tucking into a larger pack for travel.
It is not, however, a great bag for the P500. The camera fits a little too snugly for my taste and I am a little concerned that a direct blow in the wrong place might damage the lens or crush an accessory. I've been accused of being a worrier, though. ;-) And given that I do put the camera back into something else when traveling, my concerns are probably overblown.
Seriously, though, I am a very casual photographer at this point. If my needs were more demanding, I'd be looking for a larger and more rugged bag for my P500. If I had a smaller camera, I would probably find this bag more than satisfactory. For my individual needs as outlined above, this bag is fine, no more, no less.
Nice bag, but to small to hold additional microphone etc.
Excellent bag - perfect size for the newer, much smaller camcorders. Our HD
Canon unit takes up only about 2/3 of the main compartment. The velcro
divider allows you to provide a secure space for the camera and have enough
space on the other side for the charger. Other pockets easily hold all the other
gear (AV cables, memory cards, an extra battery if you have one, etc. I have
Lowepro bags for my older camcorder and my DSLR - all have been excellent,
even though I do not opt for the more expensive models. They definitely provide
a high quality, very durable product with their entry level offerings.
This bag comes with Canon camcorder. This is very good bag. My vixia HF S200 fits nicely in this bag.
I am glad Crutchfield doesn't choose a cheap bag.
Got this bag as a promo on the Canon HFS200 camera and probably would have opted
for a bit larger bag if I had been paying for it.
It fits that camera very well but it lack a bit in space. If you carry extra
batteries, especially the high capacity batteries and/or the wide angle adapter
like I do you run out of space real quickly. If all you are carrying is the
camera, some lens care stuff and spare SD cards then this case will be great.
LowePro is my favorite camera bag company and I own one for every camera I own.
Their quality for the price cannot be beat.
Product is very small. Will hold only this camera. If this is all that you expect to
put in this bag, you will be happy. If you expect to put other items in it along
with the camera, you will be disapointed. Don't buy the camera simply
because this bag comes with it.
Got this little bag for free with my purchase of a Canon Vixia HF S21.
Tight fit for my Camcorder equipment:
Canon charger adapter CG-800,
Canon battery CG-808,
Canon CA-570 Compact Power Adapter,
Canon WL-D89 Compact PowerAdapter and
Canon STV-250N Stereo Video Cable.
Still have room of Flash Memory Cards.
Love this little bag.
It's a good camcorder case that came with my Canon Vixia M30. Appears to be a good case
for the time being. I'd really like to get one that will hold both my Vixia and Rebel DSLR!
Design: The Lowepro Edit 130 is a flexible camcorder bag with a comfort-grip handle, adjustable shoulder strap, and a single belt loop. Its tricot-lined padded interior has an adjustable divider, so you can configure the compartment as you desire. The zippered front pocket has mesh pockets for your memory cards and batteries. In addition, the interior of the lid has a mesh pocket for manuals, maps, or notepads.
