Add some boom to your ride

Win the battle for boom with subwoofers from Sound Ordnance. Throw one or two of these bad boys in your vehicle to give you bass you can feel. You'll love the difference these subs make, and adding them to your system won't destroy your budget.

Built like a tank

The M2-10DVC 10" subwoofer comes with a tough glass fiber cone that will keep its shape when the music's turned up, so your bass stays accurate. The butyl rubber surround helps keep the woofer's movement on track, and it'll stay pliable for years to come. The stamped steel basket provides a stable home for the whole assembly, so your bass plays the way it should.

The dual 4-ohm voice coils allow you to wire the sub for 2- or 8-ohm impedance, giving you the flexibility you need when you add more Sound Ordnance subs in the future.  Also, Sound Ordnance backs up this sub with a 3-year warranty so you can have peace of mind while you're rocking hard.

To drive this single subwoofer, we recommend a mono amplifier rated between 120 and 225 watts RMS at 2 ohms. For more information, please refer to our article on How to Match Subwoofers and Amplifiers.

Great woofer for small box. Mine is 0.88cu feet.

I bought this sub on the advice from CJ in customer service. He was spot on. I have a .75 cu ft truck box in my che,vy, what a surprise. This sub hits great and holds volume very well. I listen to differnt genres of music and with a little tuning this thing thumps. Gonna break it in then update my review. Cant go wrong with this sub. Furthermore you cant beat crutchfield service and advice.

Pros: Price, build quality and performance.

Cons: Should of bought sooner.

Great sounding speakers.

I bought 2 of these subs for under seat of my crew cab dmax as a cheap sub for a little more sound. What I got was a great sounding sub for a really great price! I liked them so well I bought another for my wife's yukon. These subs have great sound quality like you'd get from a higher end sub.

Pros: Great sub for the price

Cons: None

Shaker Sub replaced w/Sound Ordnance

Bought these to replace blown subs in Mustang Shaker 1000 system. Fit perfectly, only had to re-drill mounting holes. Sound great, especially for the price. Speakers don't come with protective grills, and factory grills won't fit. This subjects them to damage based on box position. Bought some small angle brackets and mounted factory grills over new speakers. Painted brackets satin black to match box and it looks like a factory install. Highly recommend if you're liking to upgrade Shaker 1000 subs w/o spending a lot of $$.

Pros: Excellent value. Much better sound than OEM speakers. Good fit.

Cons: No protective grill may put speaker at risk of damage. Shaker 1000 factory grills have to be modified to fit.

Ok these subs simply can't be matched. For the price the sound is excellent, now I have owned a few different subs in the past but when you look at all the different factors these are really unparalleled. I have 2 of these on a pioneer 820 watt 2 channel amp and they are mounted in a custom fit box by zenclosure's. Yes other subs are simply more powerful/better bass and sound quality but you have to go up the price ladder enough to rely ask the question why spend that much. These are a in house brand and Crutchfield really delivered

I wanted to put a sub in the trunk of my Crown Victoria without taking up the entire trunk area. The special Crutchfield had with the box included at the same price made this happen. Now I still got boom and trunk space.

Pros: Good bass without the rattle I keep hearing on others. Small size but big sound.

Cons: Figuring exactly how to sire it to my amp.

Bought this sub for 05 Ranger and sounds great! Running 300 Watts to it from an Alpine V-Power amp and it hits hard and takes a beating! Heavy build quality and was shipped safely and timely. Ordered 3 days ago and finished the quick and easy install a couple hours ago. Very pleased and would highly recommend, exceeded my expectations!

Pros: Great bass, hits hard, nice tight bump (used in sealed box)

Cons: None that I have found

I believe 150. I bought the mono 350 rms sound ordnance amp to push the sub. After fine tuning with a crutch field tech, this unit bumps hard for a single 10. [ AARYN  Jul 04, 2014 ]
I run a 12 year old MTX Thunder 4244. These were my only choice due to the capabilities of my older amp. I am running 120watts through 2 of these. Quite surprised at the quality. I would definitely recommend. [ Randy  Jul 03, 2014 ]
Each voice coil is rated to 75 watts RMS. This means that the subwoofer total RMS is 150 watts. I have two M2-10DVC subwoofers coupled to a Sound Ordnance M-1500 mono amp and it sounds fantastic! [ MICHAEL  Jul 03, 2014 ]
