Features

Overview: The Velbon EX-430 is a lightweight aluminum tripod with a 3-way panhead with a quick-release platform, a geared center column, and lockable 3-section legs. The EX-430 comes with a zippered nylon carrying case.

Panhead: The EX-430's 3-way non-removable panhead is equipped with the QB-46 Quick Release platform and a 1/4" tripod socket. A single bubble level on the panhead ensures the camera is level perfect.

Great product with a great price!

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Sturdy, durable, very adjustable -- I am having great difficulties 'adjusting to digital cameras: the first thing I bought when I started working as a 'displaced homemaker' was an SLR, and I was able to take very good Agfa slides & black and white film that a friend had given me .... but over 30 years of CTS has taken its toll, but a friend has offered to assist me: I know what I want to do ....but 'making it happen' is not something that I am able to do yet...."One must have goals" so I do hope to eventually master 'digital photography'...)
Pros:
The tripod is very durable, easily adjustable even for me, sturdy enough for any future camera I might get.
Cons:
I cannot think of a single negative thing -- "free" would have been nice ,,, but you 'get what you pay for' and that is why I bought it from Crutchfield.
