Smooth, smooth, smooth

It is such a pleasure to handle professional-grade gear. The FHD61QN tripod head is just such an item. It's designed for video cameras weighing up to 10 lbs., and it feels like it, too!

The box says it's "designed for birdwatchers," but it's really for anyone who needs rock-solid support for shooting with a zoom. This tripod head pans and tilts with smoothness and precision. You can turn your camera (or camcorder or binoculars) slowly in any direction, and when you release your hand, the mount simply stays put.

There's a quick release lever so you can lock the head down. And because the fluid-filled joints provide constant resistance, the resulting motion when you turn your camera is smooth and consistent. And you don't have to be a birdwatcher to want smooth motion in your videos!
