Light weight monopod

Written By RL, Illinois on Saturday, February 21, 2015

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Great product at a fantastic price. Purchased along with a Velbon tripod. Great pair.

Pros: Very light weight yet sturdy enough to be used as a walking stick. Great for nature shoots with its retractable spike.

Cons: none

Good Product

Written By Dead Eye, Minnesota on Tuesday, January 06, 2015

This is a great mono pod for the price. I have used one of these for ten years and have had absolutely no problems or issues with it. I have put heavy pro cameras with motor drives on this and it never failed me. The led deploys very easily and is sturdy. When I shoot, I become the other two legs of a tripod, there for lean against this with some force for stability, and it never falters. The foot has a metal spike that can be retracted for indoor use. I really am glad I didn't spend any more money on a "pro" Bi Pod as this is up to any challenge. After all the years it still looks new.

Pros: Sturdy, easy to deploy, very tall and very reasonable price.

Cons: None to speak of.
