A Gift

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I bought The OSN tripod as a gift. I seriously considered it for winds, long walks and high hills to climb. Cassandra tried it out. She loved the weight of it and surprisingly it's sturdy construction At around 3.5 LBS, This tripod offers as much as the more expesive ones.

Pros: Great gift.

Cons: None yet.

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

This is a serious tripod! Bought this in a bundle with a camera kit, so I wasn't expecting much. I was very surprised! It is sturdy, very adjustable, and comes in a quality carry bag. (I had a tripod for a video camera that was much smaller and came in a little nylon bag with a drawstring that shredded in no time; this will last for years!)

Pros: Fully extends to about eye level (unless you are very tall!) Very sturdy and easy to set up. Great carry case.

Cons: none

OS900 Review

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Quicker and easier to use than other tripods I own or have owned. Solid and with less movement noted in a stiff wind. I take some distance photos of wildlife and a solid, steady support is what is needed.

Pros: Solid construction, like the quick mount/dismount feature for the camera. Built in handle to pack it with. Quick to set up.

Cons: Like other tripods of this size I would like it to break down to a smaller size. But for the price I am not complaining.

An OK tripod. Light weight. Good for amateur. Fluid panning not as fluid as you would expect. Some resistance. Very plastic oriented product. First leg failed for me but Crutchfield replaced with no problem.

Pros: Light weight. Inexpensive. Good for occasional amateur use.

Cons: Poor fluid control. Stiff operation.
