Now here is the bad, I am on second pair since Christmas, both with the same problem. They lost sound in the left ear bud. I don't think it is anything I am doing, since my last pair of $20 Panisonic is still working after 4 years. I think I may have gotten two lemons. Crutchfield support has been EXCELLENT, as you would expect from them. Not sure if I will risk a 3rd pair or try a different brand. Pros: Outstanding sound quality.
