About the Beats by Dr. Dre® Solo2 Wireless
Move easy, listen freely
Cut the cord with the Beats Solo2 Wireless headphones, for cable-free music and calls (shown in Black).
Move easy, listen freely
On the street, on the train, in the airport, at the gym, at home, in the office... your music follows you, but the wires stay behind. That's what the Beats Solo2 Wireless headphones offer. Built-in Bluetooth lets you unplug, for cable-free listening that keeps you from having to always worry about that dangling wire. No wires means you're able to lose yourself in the clarity and punch these headphones bring to your music.
Put that smartphone down...
You won't need your phone it to control your music or answer calls when you're wearing the Solo2 Wireless headphones. Use the built-in earcup buttons to keep in control of tunes and talk. Bluetooth offers a 30-foot wireless range, so you can wander away from your device (if you can stand being away from it for a minute). If you have a tablet or Bluetooth equipped TV, these headphones are great for late-night movie watching. They're also an excellent companion for a MacBook® — most of them have Bluetooth built-in.
Long battery life, plus a backup option
When fully charged, the Solo2 Wireless headphones offer up to 12 hours of use. You can check the battery status with the "fuel gauge" on the earcup. When you're running out of juice, recharge it with the included cable using your computer or AC adapter. Stuck someplace where you can't charge? Just plug in the included miniplug cable, and you can keep listening until your next charging opportunity. The cable even has an in-line remote and mic, so you can keep taking calls and controlling music remotely.

Features
Overview: The Beats by Dre Solo² Wireless headphones, like the wired versions, feature a sleek design with glossy bold colors. With built-in Bluetooth technology, the Solo² Wireless give you the freedom to listen to your music or take hands-free calls without being tethered to your device. For those times when you can't (or choose not to) go wireless, these on-ear headphones come with a 53" color-matched straight RemoteTalk cable. The headphones also include a charging cable and a black semi-hard carrying case. The Solo² Wireless headphone is durable, but lightweight, weighing in at 7.6 ounces, so you can wear them every day for long periods of time.
Comfort Design: The Beats Solo² Wireless headphones have a flexible curved headband with soft padding to give you a comfortable fit. The angled earcups match the shape of your head and ears to provide a more natural fit and better sound transfer. The earcup padding is covered with a breathable material that dissipates heat and minimizes sound leakage. The earcups are hinged so they can be folded for easy storage in the included semi-hard carrying case.
Bluetooth/Wireless Controls: Equipped with Bluetooth, the Beats Solo² Wireless headphones have a range of approximately 30 feet. Pairing to your device is as simple as pressing the iconic "b" button on the left earcup. Wireless music controls on the headphone let you Play/Pause your music and skip to the next or previous track. Phone controls include answer/end your calls. Volume controls for both music and phone are also provided.
Rechargeable Battery: The headphones are powered by a built-in rechargeable battery. A 5-LED "Fuel Gauge" on the left earcup lets you see at a glance the status of the remaining battery charge. A fully-charged battery gives you approximately 12 hours of wireless playback time. When the battery is exhausted, you can still enjoy your music and phone calls by plugging in the included RemoteTalk cable.
RemoteTalk Cable: The color-matched 53" RemoteTalk straight audio cable, included with the Beats Solo² Wireless headphones, features an in-line microphone/3-button remote control. The remote is fully compatible with iPhone, iPod, and iPad. The outer buttons control volume up and volume down, while the center button controls phone calls, music playback (play/pause/next track/previous track), and accesses voice assistance (Siri). RemoteTalk is also partially compatible with Android, Blackberry, and Windows devices (volume up/down, play/pause music and answer/hang up phone calls).

First pair of wireless head phones. Outstanding sound!!! Easy to use, easy to charge, easy to store in carrying case. Since they were on sale, thought I would try them. No regrets at all! Great for the gym or just for relaxing.
