Musicians can't deliver in the studio unless they can hear themselves as well as their bandmates. The PreSonus HP4 ensures that they get plenty of volume in their headphones. Four discrete amplifiers allow you to route monitor mixes to up to four performers. And this amp's robust output ensures they'll hear all the nuance in their performance, so they can nail takes without stopping to complain about low monitor levels.
The HP4's discrete amplifiers provide more than enough power to as many as four pairs of headphones.
Independent level controls and 1/4" outputs
Each 1/4" front-panel headphone jack features independent volume control, so each musician can dial in the level to their liking. On the back panel, there are 1/4" stereo outputs for connection to powered studio monitors in a control room. For small home studios that lack separate control rooms, you can mute the 1/4" outputs so the signal plays only through the headphones. There's also a Mono button for summing the left and right input signals for mono output to each pair of headphones.
The HP4 is designed to handle the most power-hungry pro headphones, but it's also great for most consumer-grade headphones as well. Need to feed more than four pairs of headphones? Get a second HP4 and daisy-chain the two together for eight headphone amps and jacks. Add more for as many headphone connections as you need.
