It's effective in low light, thanks to auto-activated infrared LED sensors that can pick up what's going on up to 98 feet away, even at night. The SDC-9440BU features Samsung Super Dynamic Range, which helps lighten shadowed areas in your image, without washing out the lighted parts. And it takes in everything with an ultra-wide lens with a 103° viewing angle.
Simple installation
The indoor white dome camera comes with everything you need to install and connect to your system, including its bracket, screws, BNC connector and 60 feet of cable. The bracket is designed to hide the cable, adding both security and durability to the system.

Overview: The Samsung SDC-9440BUN is a weatherproof Full HD camera for home surveillance and monitoring. It is designed for use with Samsung Full HD Video Security Systems, including the SDH-P4041 and SDH-P5081. The camera weighs about 9 ounces.
Camera: The camera comes mounted on a 2-1/2" diameter base that can be attached to a wall or ceiling via 3 screws (screws and wall anchors are included). It can be tilted up to 90° on the base and rotated to properly orient the camera. Included with the camera is a 60-foot length of UTP cable with RJ45 plugs at each end. Extensions can be added up to a maximum cable length of 100m (328') using UTP CAT5e solid wire (or up to 50m (164') with UTP CAT5e stranded wire). Camera dimensions are: Width=2.777" Height=2.768" Length=7.918" (including the base).
Lens: This Full HD dome camera has a 3.6mm lens with a angular field of view of 87.92° (Horiz.) / 47.66° (Vert.) / 103.1° (Diag.). It has a maximum aperture of F1.8.
Infrared LEDs: The built-in infrared LEDs enhance the available light in dark areas up to 98.4' (30 meters) away to give you more image detail in extreme low light conditions. The camera's day/night filter gives you vivid color in the daytime and detailed black and white at night. The camera's 28 infrared LEDs are automatically activated when light conditions are low. Minimum illumination is 0 Lux with IR LEDs.
Image Sensor: The camera has a 1/2.9" 2M CMOS image sensor with a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080p.
Weatherproof: The SDC-9440BUN carries an IP66 rating, making it perfect to use outdoors. The camera is durable and tested for its resistance to dust, wind, and water. The IP66 weatherproof rating means that has been tested against strong jets of water, but it cannot be completely submerged under water.
Super Dynamic Range: When recording scenes with strong backlighting or high contrast, Samsung's Super Dynamic Range (SSDR) automatically lightens the dark areas for better visibility in the shadows. The brighter portions of the scene are unaffected.
Super Noise Reduction III: Samsung's Super Noise Reduction III (SSNR III) is used in low light conditions to enhance the image quality. In dark scenes, the automatic gain control increases the gain to produce a brighter picture. This also increases the noise in the video signal. SSNR III eliminates image noise to give you a cleaner picture without creating blurred images or ghosting.
