About the FUSION MS-IP15L3
This MS-IP15L3 5-foot (1.5-meter) serial sync cable is used to connect select 30-pin iPods or iPhones to your FUSION MS-RA50 marine receiver. When connected, you can use the receiver to control your iPod or iPhone's music interface.
Note: The MS-IP15L3 only works with FUSION's MS-RA50 receiver. See Details tab for iPod/iPhone compatibility.

Features
Compatibility: Use Fusion's MS-IP15L3 iPod connection cable to connect your 30-pin Apple iPod or iPhone to the Fusion MS-RA50 marine stereo (917RA50, sold separately); if you own a Lightning connector Apple iPod/iPhone then you will also need Apple's Lightning to 30-pin adapter (sold separately). The MS-IP15L3 iPod connection cable plugs directly into the back of the MS-RA50's rear-panel proprietary 8-pin port and then connects to your compatible Apple iPod/iPhone device.
Playback, Control, Display, & Charging: Using the MS-IPL15L3 iPod connection cable from Fusion, the MS-RA50 marine stereo allows music playback from your compatible Apple iPod or iPhone. You are able to browse your music by Album, Artist, Song, and Playlist; as well as control basic playback functions like Play/Pause, Fast Forward/Rewind, and Previous/Next Track. Newer iPod/iPhones with iOS 6.0+ allow you to continue to access your Apple device's touchscreen, while older iPod/iPhone devices will be locked during connection. The unit's front-panel LCD will also provide song, artist, and album information. While connected to the MS-RA50, using the MS-IP15L3 iPod connection cable, your compatible Apple iPod or iPhone's battery will charge.
