Yuneec's CGO3 camera works as well on the ground as it does in the air. Use the handheld SteadyGrip mount with the camera and gimbal assembly to film 4K Ultra HD footage while you roller skate along Venice Beach, while watching your kid's basketball game, or any other activity where you want to capture motion, but not the bumps and shaking that go along with it. And if you decide to purchase a Typhoon quadcopter at a later date, the camera assembly can be detached from the SteadyGrip, and transferred to the drone's undercarriage to capture fantastic footage from the air.
Slow it down
If you're filming at the skate park or ski run, you'll probably want to be able to slow down some of the more exciting tricks and jumps you see. The CG03 camera also shoots 1080p video at 120 fps, so you can see exactly how you defied gravity in slow motion. You'll also have control over crucial settings like resolution, white balance, and exposure settings, so you can make sure each shot looks as good as possible.

CGO3 Remote App: Download Yuneec's CGO3 remote app onto your Apple (iOS 7.0) iPod/iPhone/iPad or Android (OS 4.2) smartphone/tablet to customize the picture and video settings and get real-time image transmission, when using the Typhoon ActionCam. The CGO3 app allows you to capture images, shoot videos and control the CGO3 gimbal camera from your compatible Apple iOS or Android device. The ActionCam wirelessly communications with your compatible mobile device over 5.8GHz WiFi. You compatible Apple iOS or Android device will mount to the ActionCam's ground handle.
Built-in Digital Video Link: The Typhoon ActionCam's built-in digital video link delivers wireless video streaming to Apple iOS and Android devices, as well as Yuneec Personal Ground Station Controllers (sold separately) over 5.8GHz WiFi. If you are using an Apple iOS or Android device, you will need to download the CGO3 remote app.
Two Control Modes: The Typhoon ActionCam offers features two modes of control to ensure every ground shot taken is perfect. Choose Pitch Follow or Angle.
- Pitch Follow Mode: When Pitch Follow Mode is enabled, the camera locks in a forward facing position so the operator can frame shots based on their movement.
- Angle Mode: Angle Mode allows you to capture stable footage regardless of movement so the result is high-quality, stable video.
Rechargeable Battery: The Yuneec Typhoon ActionCam's CGO3 gimbal camera and ground handle are powered by a rechargeable lithium-polymer battery (1400mA/11.1V/15.54WH). An AC power adapter is included for charging the battery. The battery provides up to 90 minutes of operation and takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge.
