The professional delivery crew will carry your TV into any accessible room of your home and place it on your table or A/V furniture. If you'd like, they'll even remove the packaging. A representative from our shipping partner will call you to set up an appointment for delivery, at your convenience. (Please be sure your furniture is assembled and ready in advance. The delivery crew is not responsible for placing the TV inside an enclosed cabinet or on surfaces higher than 4 feet.)
Some flat-panel TVs include a pedestal stand that requires assembly by the customer — the delivery crew is not responsible for assembly. Please check dimensions before you order to be sure your TV will fit through doors and around corners in your home.
We can ship some 40" TVs and all TVs 37" and smaller to Puerto Rico. Please call for details. Sorry, we can't ship TVs through the U.S. Postal Service at this time, so we're unable to send them to other U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses.
"White glove" and scheduled to-the-door delivery for larger TVs available only to physical addresses in the 50 United States. Sorry, we can't ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarders. Allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses.
