Our take on the ClickFree™ Automatic Backup Hard Drive

Don't wait until your computer crashes to realize that it's time to back up your files. With ClickFree's automatic backup hard drive, you can easily save all of your personal documents, photos of loved ones, and home videos and restore them later.

You don't have to be computer savvy to save your data. There's no software to install or files to select. Simply connect the ClickFree hard drive to your computer via the provided USB cable, and the drive automatically saves a copy of your files — including office documents, pictures, music, and e-mails.

You can let the drive work "click free," or choose which files you want to save via an easy-to-use popup dialog box. Back up one or all of your personal computers and keep all of your irreplaceable documents and memories safe.

Does what is claims and more.

Written By Ross, Houston TX on Monday, November 03, 2008

I backed up 4 computers, one of which had 15 years of accumulated files with no problems and no great amount of interface.
Nowhere in the description does it say it can be used as a portable hard drive, but it works just fine. You can see and choose the various computers you've backed up on the screen, and access the list of files to find what you need.
