Sound Ordnance subwoofer enclosures, called Bass Bunkers, are available to house most standard-sized woofers. Watch this short Crutchfield video for a close look at them.

Zak: Today we're going to take a look at subwoofer enclosures from Sound Ordnance. And like other Sound Ordnance gear this is a high-quality product at a reasonable price.

Jo: Sound Ordnance subwoofer enclosures, which we call Bass Bunkers, are available in most standard box sizes: 8-, 10-, 12-, 15-inch and also 6"x9"s.

Zak: And for 10 and 12 inch subs dual boxes are available for holding two subs.

Jo: These boxes can be sealed for deep, precise bass or ported for loud, boomy bass. These enclosures are well-built and durable. They're made from 5/8" medium-density fiberboard, or MDF. They are airtight and they have a reinforced construction.

Zak: You'll find spring-post terminals on the back making for an easy connection to the speaker wires coming from your amplifier. There's also 18 inches of speaker wire already connected on the inside which makes it easier to connect and install your subwoofer.

Jo: And all the boxes come with a one year warranty. To find out more about the boxes, go to crutchfield.com/SOboxes.

Zak: But really, when you're adding bass to your car's system, the first thing you should do is pick out the subwoofer that you want. Then we'll help you find the right box to put it in based on that choice. Also based on the kind of music that you listen to and how you listen to it.
