Features
Overview: The Onkyo iOnly Play (ABX-100) Dock Music System is a
self-powered speaker dock for your Apple iPod & iPhone. The Onkyo iOnly Play
Dock Music System lets you listen to music stored on your compatible Apple
device or streamed to your Apple device in your home or office with rich,
natural sound. The Onkyo ABX-100 includes an IR remote control for music
navigation of your docked iPod or iPhone. The Onkyo iOnly Play operates off of AC
power.
Slim Stylish Design: The Onkyo iOnly Play (ABX-100) Dock Music
System's slim & stylish design provides easy placement in your office, kitchen,
den, or bedroom. It even features a high-quality sliding aluminum top cover & aluminum foot.
Digital Amplifier: The Onkyo iOnly Play (ABX-100) Dock Music
System is equipped with a 10W x 2Ch digital amplifier for efficient, clean
sound.
Note: The amp's power output is 10-watts (RMS) x 2-channel
in 6-ohm, at 1kHz, with
1% THD.
Full-Range Speakers Inside Bass-Reflex Enclosure: The Onkyo
iOnly Play (ABX-100) Dock Music System employs a pair of 2.4" full-range drivers
in a bass-reflex enclosure with separate chambers for great sound. Both drivers are
magnetically shielded for safe placement next to TVs & computer monitors.
Note: The system has a frequency response of 40 Hz to 20,000 kHz
(+0 dB, -3 dB).
Audio Settings: The Onkyo
iOnly Play offers the following audio settings to fine tune the system to your
preferences.
- Tone Control: You can adjust the system's Bass & Treble from -3 to +3
dB.
- Powerful Bass: Super Bass is an active bass control circuit
that further enhances low-frequency sound of the Onkyo iOnly Play Dock Music
System.
- Volume Limit: You can specify the maximum volume range of the
Onkyo iOnly Play. The maximum volume can be set from 10 to 40.
iPod/iPhone Dock: The Onkyo iOnly Play ABX-100's top-panel iPod dock enables playback
of music files stored on or streamed to your Apple iPod or iPhone. The included
IR remote control provides music navigation of your iPod or iPhone (your Apple
device's touchscreen & clickwheel can also still be used). The unit's LCD will
display song/artist information of stored music. The battery of your iPod or
iPhone is always charged while docked. The Onkyo ABX-100 is compatible with the
following iPods & iPhones (as of November 2011):

Note: Apple iPod/iPhone software updates may change
functionality results. If you download a newer software version, you may
need to reset the unit and your iPod/iPhone to regain functionality. If this
doesn't work, you may need to revert to the older software version or wait
until a newer software update is available.
LCD: The iOnly Play (ABX-100) Dock Music System features a graphical
128 x 64-dot, 3-line LCD which displays song/artist information & current playing time of
music stored on your iPod/iPhone.
Controls: The iOnly Play ABX-100 offers both top-panel touch sensor
controls & IR remote control.
- Touch Sensor Buttons: The iOnly Play features top-panel
touch sensor controls for system operation & music navigation of your docked
iPod/iPhone.
- Remote Control: The included IR remote control provides
operation over the iOnly Play Dock Music System & your docked iPod/iPhone. The
remote allows you to browse & select music stored on your compatible Apple
device. It also provides Play/Pause, Fast Forward/Reverse, Skip
Next/Previous, & Random/Shuffle playback functions.
Note: The remote operates off of a single CR2025 3V lithium
coin-type battery.
3-Mode Ambient Foot Illumination: The iOnly Play features ambient foot
illumination that can be set to Bright, Dim, or Off.
Alarm Clock: The iOnly Play (ABX-100) Dock Music System features a
built-in Alarm clock with Snooze & Sleep Timer functions.
- Dual Alarms: The unit has two programmable alarms for automated
playback. Each alarm can be programmed to operate every week or everyday.
- Snooze Function: When an alarm goes off, the ABX-100 provides a
snooze feature that temporarily silences the alarm for 5 minutes.
- Sleep Timer: With the sleep timer, you can set the ABX-100 so
that it automatically turns off after a specified period of time. You can
set the sleep time from 90 to 10 minutes (in 10 minutes increments).
Auxiliary Input: The iOnly Play (ABX-100) Dock Music System
is equipped with a rear-panel 3.5mm auxiliary input for connection of an
external audio source, such as a CD player or MP3 player.
External AC Power Supply: The Onkyo iOnly Play Dock Music
System operates on standard household AC current, using the supplied external AC
power adapter.
