Overview: The XADH1 XM Dock & Play home kit includes everything you need to connect select XM Satellite receivers to your home stereo system or powered speakers (XM tuner not included). The kit includes a tabletop cradle, an AC power adapter, an indoor/outdoor antenna, and a mini-jack to RCA audio cable. In addition to the receiver, a subscription to XM Satellite Radio is also required.

Compatibility: The kit is compatible with the following XM receivers:

Xpress (XMCK-10A, XMCK-10AB, and XMCK-10AP)

XM Satellite Radio: XM Satellite Radio programming offers more than 170 digital radio channels including news, sports, talk, comedy, and 75 music channels, plus other entertainment programming from coast to coast.

Tabletop Cradle: The home kit comes with a tabletop docking cradle that holds the receiver upright. The antenna, power, and audio output connections are made to the docking cradle.

Antenna: The supplied antenna is weatherproof, giving you interior and exterior mounting options and features a hinged base for flexible positioning. There are four keyhole slots on the base for mounting.

Simple to set up, the indoor/outdoor antenna pulls great signal sitting just inside the window. The only thing it could come with is a better RCA to Headphone jack cord

Very simple to use. It is important to follow the guidelines for compatability. Someone at a different store tried to sell me a station for a Sirius radio, it wasn't compatable.

Pros:

Low profile does not take up a lot of space in my setup.

Cons:

Does not let the FM transmitter send a signal to my receiver. Must use the audio cable to connect.

The new antenna included in this kit gives excellent reception. I replaced an older molel
and the reception with the old antenna was always very spotty at best. I would
recommend this to anyone who wants the XM radio.
