OK, I'm not sure who decides what "Fit" means, but Crutchfield missed the mark on this one; at least on my Jetta. The first issue I found was that the thickness of the soundproofing material on the back deck is way to thick to use the screws included in the box. The second issue I noticed is that even without the aforementioned issue, the Blaupunkt speaker grill doesn't cover the cut outs where the screws go through to connect to the body fully The third issue, is that I have tweeters on the back deck, but no second connector.

I finally figured out how to make it work after about 3 hours of working on it. My suggestion would be to keep the plastic OEM housing that the speakers set in after removing the OEM speaker grill (if you want to use it, use a hair drier to heat up the glue to remove without damage), these speakers do fit into the housing (Note: the allen bolts holding the speaker to the OEM plastic housing are lefty tighty and righty loosy), , and then buy new #8 2 1/2 or 3 inch screws from your local hardware store to ensure you have a long enough screw to get to the body attachment. I couldn't find #8 screws in that length, only #10, so I had to drill out both the Blaupunkt speaker grill and the OEM plastic housing. I haven't yet installed with this configuration, as I ran out of daylight, but I think this configuration is going to be the best route.
