2012 Tundra Crewmax Speaker Mounts were a perfect fit for this vehicle and were made of very tough plastic material that looked like it would last as long as my truck will.

Flimsy

I had to cut the three inner tabs off with my Dremmel in order to get my speakers to fit but figured that's okay because they were free with my purchase. What I really didn't like is that the plastic is flimsy and not rigid at all. That means at high volumes I can actually hear the vibrating plastic hitting my door. In the end, I decided to throw them away and go with a competitors product.

Free, probably will fit many speakers

Cons:

Flimsy plastic that has the potential to vibrate

Brackets do not fit. Had to drill new holes and use screws and spring clips to get them to fit, after removing old speaker.

the front speaker adapters worked perfectly, the rear adapters were the wrong ones..... I had to make my own out of plywood and caulk.

It fit perfect in my 2009 Tacoma Double Cab. Take your time and seal it with foam weather stripping. (got it from Home Depot). It will eliminate a vast majority of vibrations.

These speaker adapters do NOT fit the front doors of a 2012 Toyota Prius. You can make them fit but will have to drill two holes in the steel to attach all four points to the door. I would recommend SAK010 speaker adapters instead. You will still need to drill two holes but at least you can get 6 x 9's in your door.

Cons:

Don't fit as advertised...but that's probably Scosche's fault and not Crutchfield's.

2011 Tacoma Double Cab

I bought these for my Pioneer TS-A1684R and they worked very well. The only issue I had with them was for the passenger side door, the harness I was using (Metra 72-8104) was not log enough to connect with the door harness so I ended up having to drill four new holes into the bracket to be able to rotate the speaker and get that extra inch of wire. Over all a great bracket though.

Very easy to install

Cons:

minor adaptations necessary for 2011 Toyota Tacoma

Good structural integrity to support Kenwood KFC-C1739ie. However, you have to drill into the steel rear dashboard of the 2012 Camry before it can be installed.
