No complaints except I agree about them taking a little while to break in. I redid all four OEMs and am running them off a Kenwood 22 rms x 4 hu and they sound fantastic. Thinking about getting a small amp to power the rears just for the fun of it. Despite what Crutchfield says they fit into my 2001 Honda Civic. I used the .5 inch spacer for the doors, otherwise it would have been a tight fit. I had to drill new holes for the speakers, but this was very easy to do. Any professional installer would know how to do this as well. I highly recommend this speaker, go listen to it locally and buy it from Crutchfield as they are about half price. If the display is missing or messed up read some of the other posts as this is a great sounding speaker. Of course, you will be disappointed if you want subwoofer like sounds from this full range speaker, but personally I have been satisfied enough with the 6022s to forego installing a sub. Yes | No 5 out of 5 Can't go wrong with Infinity Written By Michael, Akron, OH on Wednesday, January 27, 2010 I am a real Infinity Reference speaker fan; since 2006, I've bought a pair of 6012si, 2 pairs of 6022si's, one set of 60221's, 2 sets of 1011t 4 ohm tweeters, a set of 6020 cs component's and a 1252 Sub woofer. I have been planning to mount the 6022i's in the back pillar of a 94 Camaro. I plan on running at least 50W RMS, either from my Alpine amp, or buying another amplifier. The rotating tweeter looks really effective, the aiming of the highs from the rear to the front should go well, looking forward to using the tweeter adjustment. The power handling is very good for this series of speakers. They have no problem handling a lot of power, probably a bit more than advertised. I have the set of 6012si's in my truck crossed over at 80 Htz, running with 40 + watts RMS power. I also have one set of the tweeters hooked up to them. Infinity speakers are very clear; they're easy on the ears, but loud. The tweeters won't burn your ears up while you're jamming full blast, but your ears will ring after wards. Very clean sounding; just as clear when turned up to about 30 as they are at 14, just louder. Very clear, not hissing. At this price, you should be like me and buy an extra set! 5 out of 5 These will fit Written By wayner, Ottawa Ontario on Thursday, January 21, 2010 I bought these speakers for an '04 Accord and I installed them in the front doors with very little trouble.They fit into the cheap speaker frame that comes installed in the Accord.Along with a pair of Infinity tweeters in the front doors,6x9 Kappas in the rear panel and a 600 watt Sony amp the sound is fantastic.Played at low volume for my wife the sound is crisp and clear with plenty of bass and at near max volume for my grandkids they do not distort and produce loud and clear sounds.{even if I don't appreciate the new music} The sound was so good I installed 4-6022i's in my '07 Civic with the OEM subwoofer and I am very pleased with the results!Great speakers!!! Even with the factory head unit these are surprisingly good. 5 out of 5 Great for replacing factory speakers Written By , Denver, CO on Wednesday, September 09, 2009 I finally replaced my factory speakers with these, and the jump in quality is impressive. I like being able to choose whether I want the tweeter "boost" on or not, and also being able to easily point the tweeter in the direction I want. However, the Infinity's were a great price and my hubby swears by them. After he installed them, I couldn't believe the sound quality. IT'S AMAZING! I can have these speakers blaring and the quality is still incredible and for the price, you can't beat it.
