Posi-Products connectors help make your electrical connections fast, easy, and reliable with no crimping, soldering, or messy tape. Just strip your stranded wires, insert them in the caps, and then hand tighten the two caps together — the wire ends get locked between opposing cone shapes to create a water-, dirt-, vibration-, and heat-proof housing. You get a strong, low-resistance electrical connection, and you can reuse the connectors, too.

Posi-Twist™ connectors replace old-fashioned wire nuts and crimp caps with stronger, more reliable connections.

This package contains an assortment of 16 connectors: four for 10- to 22-gauge, eight for 14- to 24-gauge, and four for 20- to 26-gauge wires. Warranty: 30 days.

Features

Overview: Posi-Twist connectors replace old-fashioned wire nuts and crimp caps with stronger, more reliable connections. Just strip the stranded wires, insert them into the cap, and then hand tighten the two pieces together - the wire ends are locked between opposing cone shapes to create a dirt-, vibration-, and heat-proof housing. The connectors are also reusable.

Wire Gauge Compatibility: When used with 2 to 10 wires, each Posi-Twist connector is compatible with a specified range of wire gauges. If you want to cap off a single wire, each Posi-Twist connector is compatible with a single larger gauge wire. The number of wires that can be used with each connector depends on the wire's gauge:

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

No need for crimping kit or soldering kit. Nice and easy installation. Comes
in different sizes which I think is very unnecessary because all the speaker
and receiver wires are about the same. Buy a pack that has all the same
size, the same company that made these makes them.

Makes connections so easy and secure

These posi-products are some of the greatest things since sliced bread. Makes connecting cables so simple; no crimping, no soldering, no insulation wrap needed. Locks on super tight IF you use the right connector for the proper gauge wires so keep that in mind. These babies have a tendency to get sold out at local retail stores (I figure installers grab them up in bunches), so I try to make sure I always got enough on hand before starting a project.
