Features

Overview: The AcceleVision Dual Digital TV Tuner (DTV-200) is equipped with both an ATSC and ATSC-M/H tuner for digital TV viewing in your vehicle. Simply connect the AcceleVision Dual Digital TV Tuner to your vehicle's in-dash, headrest, or overhead monitor. The AcceleVision DTV-200 includes a dual digital TV tuner module, external antenna, IR receiver, and remote control.

Dual Digital TV Tuner: The AcceleVision DTV-200 is equipped with both an ATSC and ATSC-M/H tuner. The mobile ATSC-M/H digital TV tuner allows you to tune in mobile digital TV stations inside your vehicle, around select cities broadcasting mobile DTV (Mobile DTV Station Guide) while on the go. The built-in ATSC tuner provides standard over-the-air digital TV stations, that you are familiar with in your home, inside your vehicle when your vehicle is parked.

Hide-Away Digital Tuner Module: The dual digital TV tuner module is designed to be hidden away inside your vehicle. It connects to your vehicle's in-dash, overhead, or headrest monitor via composite video and stereo RCA (A/V cable included).

Magnetic Antenna: The AcceleVision Dual Digital TV Tuner includes an external pole antenna with a magnetic base. The antenna is designed to be mounted on the roof or trunk of your vehicle.

Power/Ground Harness: The AcceleVision Dual Digital TV Tuner includes a 10' power/ground harness which needs to be connected to your vehicle's electrical system.

Controls

Remote Control: The AcceleVision Dual Digital TV Tuner comes supplied with an IR wireless remote control and external IR receiver. The IR receiver plugs into the hide-away tuner's Remote (3.5mm) input and allows you to wirelessly operate the hide-away digital TV tuner with the included IR remote. The remote has an operating range of 10' at a 25° angle. The remote operates off of a single CR2025 3V lithium battery (included).

Multilingual Menu: You can select between English or Spanish text for the tuner's on-screen menu.

Information Menu: The unit's Information Menu displays Program Title, Channel Number, Broadcast Name, Program Start/End Time, Broadcast Resolution, Close Caption Service, Audio Setting, Signal Strength, and Current Date/Time.

Signal Meter: The tuner's Signal Meter lets you view the antenna signal strength.

Channel Scan: When you use the DTV-200 dual digital TV tuner for the first time, you will need to "Scan" for available stations in your area. When you have finished the channel scan, the channel data will be stored in the receiver. When you move to another area outside of the original "channel-scan" range, you will need to re-scan the tuner module for stations in your current area.

Channel Selection: There are 3-ways to select channels from the DTV-200.

• Manual Selection: Manually select next or previous channel.
• Direct Selection: Enter the channel number.
• Channel List: Select from a list of received channels.

Aspect Ratio: You can change the aspect ratio of the tuner's video output based on the type of monitor you are using. You can select from 16:9, 4:3, Zoom 1, Zoom 2, or Auto.

Closed Captions: The AcceleVision DTV-200 supports closed captioning for digital channels.

Audio Adjustment: You can adjust the audio output of the tuner to Stereo, Left Mono, or Right Mono.

Connections

Power Input (DC Power): The power input connects the supplied 10' power/ground harness.

Remote Input (RCU): This 3.5mm input is use to connect the included IR extension receiver.

AV Output (Video/Audio): The A/V Output consists of a composite video jack and stereo audio RCA jacks to connect the tuner to your vehicle's in-dash, headrest, or overhead monitor (using the supplied 58" A/V cable).

Antenna Input (ANT): The single SMA antenna connector connects the included pole antenna.

USB Port (USB): The hide-away tuner features a USB (type-A) port for downloading software & firmware updates (USB cable not included).
