Features

Woofers: The multi layer mica matrix cone was developed to provide an extra light, yet rigid diaphragm to reproduce full, rich sound.

Surrounds: For durability and a smooth response, each woofer uses a rubber (synthetic) surround.

Midranges: Each speaker has a 1-5/8" paper cone midrange with a 0.7 ounce Strontium magnet.

Tweeters: Each speaker uses a 3/8" dome tweeter and a 3/8" dome super tweeter made from PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) film for crisp, clear highs.

Custom Fit: The speaker's frame features two additional mounting holes, allowing it to fit special application and 5x7 installations. Please check the Crutchfield Vehicle Selector to confirm fit.

Installed in a 2004 Freestar. They are powered by a Sony WX- GT80UI headunit. First I installed them in the front doors, they fit but I could not tighten the bolts due to the way the door was designed and it made the door rattle. (Ford's fault, not crutchfields). They fit better in the back plus I could tighten them down. I set the fader to the rear a little, turned the volume up and wow! These pioneers rocked! I listen to classic rock and classic metal. The guitar solos are great and the kick drum will shake your rearview mirror. You will need a sub if you must shake your whole car. I recommend a aftermarket headunit or external amp to get the most out of these speakers.

Just bought these for the rear doors of my Mazda 3 hatchback. I was putting Pioneer component speakers in the front, but wanted to maintain high quality in the back as well. These have surpassed my expectations, and made for a very enjoyable road trip experience for my friends sitting in the back. They said these were some of the best speakers they've ever heard!

Excellent 4 way speakers, I installed these speakers on my 2011 Mustang Convertible, powered them with the Pioneer GM-6500F amp and they sound great. They reproduce excellent music quality and enough bass in my opinion, for someone looking for alot of bass from just the speakers, then other speakers might be a better option, or just add a subwoofer. Would recomend these Pioneer speakers to others.

Great design. Excellent music quality reproduction. Good value.

None I can think off.

Great sounding,efficient speaker! Its bright sounding with good bass responce and plays fairly loud with a Pioneer reciever powering it.I have it installed in the rear doors of a 2000 Lincoln LS.Only complaint-I wish I had put them in the front doors,but put Kicker DS 68's there instead.Kickers sound good also but arent as bright or loud as the Pioneers.I just fade it forward a bit and the whole system sounds great!

They sound better than my stock F150 speakers but I'm not blown away by them. They're currently hooked up with my new Pioneer AVH3400..maybe they need to be amped..
