Features

Overview: The NHT iW4B pre-construction in-wall bracket is included with the NHT IW4 in-wall speaker (228IW4, sold separately), or available separately if intended to be used to frame out the in-wall speaker location prior to sheetrock application. The NHT iW4B pre-construction bracket is helpful for new construction or remodeling, when wall studs are exposed and makes for easy post sheetrock speaker installation in-wall. The iW4B pre-construction bracket eliminates the need to cut holes for new speaker installations and makes speaker locations predictable rather than cutting holes blind.

Note: The iW4B fits the NHT iW4 in-wall speaker.  One kit contains one bracket for one NHT iW4 in-wall speaker.

Cutout Dimensions: During the drywall phase, cut a hole approximately 9" (w) x 13.5625" (h) around the iW4B bracket to mount the NHT iW4 in-wall speaker. The bracket's bezel outer frame will extend out approximately 1" beyond the perimeter of the cutout to hide minor imperfections in the cutout.

Note: No mounting hardware is included. Mounting screws are included with the NHT IW4 in-wall speaker.
