Overview: The GripTight GorillaPod Stand by Joby contains two items: the GripTight Mount and the GorillaPod tripod. Together, this super-compact stand can be used to hold most smartphones for taking photos and videos or for viewing content.

Usage: The GripTight mount is a spring-loaded clamp that provides a tight fit for all iPhones and iPod touch models, as well as most Android and Windows smart phones from 2.1" and 2.8" in width, with or without a case. The mount has a standard 1/4"-20 tripod thread so it can be attached to the supplied GorillaPod or any tripod. When mounted on the GorillaPod tripod, the GripTight mount can hold devices up to 11.5 ounces. The included Universal Camera adapter attaches to the mount, allowing you to quickly detach your smartphone from the tripod when necessary.

GorillaPod Design: The GorillaPod is a lightweight (1.6 ounces), extremely flexible tripod. It features two dozen flexible leg joints that bend and rotate 360° so you can position the smartphone in any position, vertically or horizontally. You can even wrap the GorillaPod around a pole or tree branch, or perch it on a rock or other uneven surface.

Materials: The GorillaPod uses high-quality, injection-molded plastic for snug joints that stay in place, even after lots of action. The rubberized ring and foot grips provide extra gripping power to prevent slipping.
