Would be nice if they could include a wiring harness that would fit the Nissan's, but it wasn't too big of a deal. Overall pretty happy with the quality of sound and all the stuff Cruthfield sent me. Thanks Keith for the advice! Next step is head unit! Pros: Quality of sound. Cons: Extra brackets Crutchfield sent weren't needed. Had to splice the wires in order to connect. They replaced the stock speakers in my 2003 Maxima. The difference was nothing short of amazing. These speakers sparkle in the high range and have really tight bass. The stereo imaging is killer. They are mounted in the doors on my Maxima and are just awesome in that location. I had a set of three way Kenwoods in my 1998 Maxima. Those were great speakers, but these Polks are way better. No problem with the fit except that the holes in the mounting ring need to be enlarged slightly to match up with the factory holes in the doors. This is in the instructions. I wish that the Crutchfield kit came with a wiring adapter. It takes some time to cut out the factory plug and splice the wires. The difference was nothing short of amazing. These speakers sparkle in the high range and have really tight bass. The stereo imaging is killer. They are mounted in the doors on my Maxima and are just awesome in that location. I had a set of three way Kenwoods in my 1998 Maxima. Those were great speakers, but these Polks are way better. No problem with the fit except that the holes in the mounting ring need to be enlarged slightly to match up with the factory holes in the doors. This is in the instructions. I wish that the Crutchfield kit came with a wiring adapter. It takes some time to cut out the factory plug and splice the wires.
