Overview: The Geneva Sound Model L is
a complete multi-function stereo system crafted in a single cabinet made out of
piano lacquered wood. The Geneva Sound Model L features an integrated
iPod/iPhone dock, has a built-in slot-loading CD, and an internal FM radio. It
also includes two auxiliary inputs and comes with an IR wireless remote control.
The system is powered by a very high-quality digital amplifier delivering 100
Watts of high-end digital stereo. It is a very versatile system that can play all genres of music
very well in any room; such as your living-room, dining-room, kitchen, bathroom,
bedroom, office, or den.
Lacquer Cabinet:
The Geneva Sound System Model L features a piano lacquered wood cabinet that is
available in white, black, and red finishes. The cabinet is ported for rich,
powerful bass.
LED Display: The Model L has a LED display (red) visible under the
front cover showing source, CD track information, and control settings.
High Fidelity Sound: The Geneva Sound System Model L offers
high fidelity stereo sound with digital signal processor, bass enhancement, and
EmbracingSound to enhance compressed audio.
- Digital Amplifier: The Model L is equipped with a 25-watt x
4-channel digital (Class D) hi-fi amplifier. The unit's powerful amplifier is
also award winning
for energy efficiency.
- Two-Way Speakers: Underneath the front grill are two
independent two-way speakers right next to each other, with separate
acoustic, ported chambers. Each speaker features a 1" tweeter and a
5.25"
woofer for dynamic highs and rich lows.
- EmbracingSound: By using the patent pending "Embracing Sound"
Technology, the stereo sweet spot is larger than in a conventional
two-speaker setup.
- Bass & Treble Control: You can independently adjust the unit's
bass (100 Hz) and treble (6 kHz) from -6 to +6 dB.
CD Player: The Geneva Sound
System Model L features a top-mounted, vertical slot-loading CD player. It
supports playback of 12cm CD-Audio, CD-ROM, and CD-R/RW discs. It will also
playback MP3 files recorded onto CD-R/RW and CD-ROM discs.
Note: If your MP3 disc
includes multiple folders or directories, all MP3 files will be played as if
they were in one large directory.
iPod/iPhone Dock: The Geneva Sound System Model L features an
integrated, top-mounted iPod Dock for iPod and iPhone. When not in use, the
integrated iPod/iPhone dock has a fold-down door to protect the dock's
connector. The Model L provides playback,
basic control, and charging of your iPod/iPhone while docked. Your iPod or iPhone can
be controlled with the included remote (Basic Functions: Play/Pause, Fast
Forward/Rewind, and Previous/Next); or from your iPod/iPhone's click-wheel or
touch-screen. The Model L is "Made for
iPod/iPhone compatible" and supports the following iPod/iPhone model functions
(April 2010).

Note: This unit does not offer iPod/iPhone
information display. Your docked iPod or iPhone will remain fully
functional so you can view your iPod or iPhone content from its own
display screen. Apple iPod/iPhone software updates may change
functionality results. If you download a newer software version, you
may need to reset the device and your iPod/iPhone to regain
functionality. If this doesn't work, you may need to revert to the
older software version or wait until an newer software update is
available.
FM Radio: The Geneva Sound System Model L is equipped with a built-in
FM radio with digital tuner and 6 presets. The unit features an FM wire antenna.
Note: This unit features a PAL FM connector and
comes with an FM antenna adapter to connect other manufacture's FM antennas.
Auxiliary Inputs: The unit features two auxiliary inputs.
There is a top-panel 3.5mm auxiliary input and a bottom-panel stereo RCA
auxiliary input for connecting external audio sources, such as an MP3 player and your PC.
Note: If an iPod is docked and playing, the iPod sound and the
auxiliary input's external audio will be mixed.
Remote Control: The Geneva Sound System Model L includes an IR remote
control for wireless operation of the unit. It will control all functions of the
system, including basic iPod/iPhone control.
Note: The only controls on the actual unit are Power, Volume, and Eject.You will need to keep the remote handy, to operate this system.
Table-Top Design: This Geneva Sound System Model L comes with brushed
aluminum feet with rubberized footpads to rest securely on top of
your end-table, desk, dresser, nightstand, counter, or shelf.
Note: An optional aluminum floor pedestal stand (761GNVASLP,
sold separately) is available for the Geneva Sound System Model L.
Power Supply: The Geneva Sound System Model L operates off
of standard household AC current using the supplied AC power cord.
