I started in Customer Service in the Charlottesville retail store in October of 1998. I have worked in the retail warehouse, retail home delivery and custom install, as well as retail sales. I also helped in the automotive install bay when needed.
I have since worked in our returns testing department, as the driver taking products to our retail stores, and now I am once again in sales.
I am passionate about both home theatre and car audio. I am outfitting my 1993 Chevy Cheyenne which I use to tow my Miata to the track with a nice system, since it usually takes three hours to get there. Also, I will shortly be updating my home system, which was last added on to in 2002. HDMI switching and a nice universal remote will soon be in my house, banishing a slew of remotes on the table.
Outside of work, I ride motorcycles and play with Miatas. I work at a number of different racetracks, with NASA- Mid Atlantic, where I have the responsibilities of Pit Out, getting cars safely on and off the track. I am also building a 1992 Miata for exclusive track use, and may enter a Lemons race with it next year.
I called to ask some questions about changing my factory radio. Butler took the time to answer all my questions and explain the radios I was looking at. I felt very confident after talking with Butler, and I made the order. Cant wait for it to arrive and I get it installed. Thanks Butler for all you advice and help.
