Our take on the AudioQuest HDMI-X

The custom installation version of AudioQuest's high-performance HDMI-X cable features an off-white PVC jacket and longer lengths, making it perfect for in-wall runs. AudioQuest HDMI-X cables combine premium materials and careful design. The copper conductors are plated with silver for improved signal transfer. The four main conductors use a very precise twist ratio to help prevent signal degradation over longer runs. The high-density polyethylene insulation includes a gas-injected foam layer for improved stability. And a special heating process seals the foam on both sides to maintain full performance despite cable bending and compression.

AudioQuest constructed these cables to meet the HDMI 1.3 spec, with support for 1080p video as well as lossless audio formats. Bit Error Rate testing ensures that every cable passes signals as accurately as possible.

    The Cable seems to be nicely made. I received it as a promotion by the purchase of a TV Stand. The signal passing through easy and is very clear; and so is the sound. I would definitely recommend if someone is search for an in-wall HDMI Cable.

    Let me put it this way: The girth and stiffness of these quality cables makes them too
    inflexible to be easy to work with. For the price, my expectations were not met.
