Features
Overview: The Boyo AVS200
is an add-on in-dash DVD player for your existing car audio/video system. The
AVS200 requires a separate monitor and amplifier (both sold separately).
Note: The Boyo AVS200
does not contain a built-in amplifier or display monitor.
Disc Compatibility: The
Boyo AVS200 in-dash DVD player supports playback of DVD-Video and CD-Audio
discs. The player also supports playback of Audio (MP3/WMA), Video (DivX), and
Photo (JPEG) files recorded onto DVD-R/RW, DVD+R/RW, and CD-R/RW discs.
Note: The player offers resume playback for an inserted disc when
the unit's yellow memory wire is connected to a constant 12V connection in
your vehicle.
LCD: The Boyo AVS200
in-dash DVD player features a blue backlit LCD which provides disc, track, and
chapter information (numeric text only).
On-Screen Menu: The Boyo
AVS200 offers an on-screen menu which displays on the connected monitor in your
vehicle. The on-screen menu lets you adjust the players audio/video settings, as
well as view song/artist information. You can change the on-screen display's
language to English, German, French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
A/V Output: The Boyo AVS200
in-dash DVD player is equipped with a rear-panel A/V output which consists of a
composite video jack and stereo audio RCA jacks. The A/V output lets you connect
the in-dash DVD player to your vehicle's existing stereo system with display
monitor. You can select which type of monitor (16:9/4:3) you have connected the
unit. You can also adjust the video outputs Brightness, Contrast, Hue,
Saturation, and Sharpness.
A/V Input: The Boyo AVS200
in-dash DVD player features a front-panel 3.5mm A/V input for connecting an
external portable device such as your portable digital audio/video player.
Coaxial Digital Output: The
Boyo AVS200 in-dash DVD player features a rear-panel coaxial digital output to
connect an external Dolby Digital/DTS processor.
USB Port: The Boyo AVS200
in-dash DVD player is equipped with a front-panel mini-USB (type-B) port, and
includes an mini-USB (type-B) to USB (type-A) extension cable to connect a USB
mass storage device for playback of MP3/WMA audio files and JPEG still image
files.
Headphone Jack: The Boyo
AVS200 features a rear-panel 3.5mm headphone jack which allows you to connect a
set of headphones.
Remote Control: The Boyo
AVS200 includes an IR remote control for complete wireless operation of the
in-dash DVD player. An external IR receiver is also included in case you mount
the unit out of site.

Mounting Angle: Optimum disc playback performance is obtained when the
unit is installed at an angle of less than 30-degrees.
Transport Screws: The transport screws inserted to the top of the
chassis must be removed before installation.
