I couldn't find a receiver installation kit for my old Saab. Thanks to Keith's quick response and product recommendation I was able to fabricate one. After some trimming and a few minutes of adjustment I ended up with a very clean installation. Thanks again Keith.

My recent purchase of a new vehicle required a more suitable sound system. I have been purchasing from Crutchfield for many years, and they have never let me down. Keith was an enormous help and pointed me in the right direction at every turn. What can I say. Keith spent many a chat session with me. I am sure hours worth of time over the course of 2 months roughly. It's been awhile since I bought: speakers (in wall/ceiling, sub, center) and a recevier. He was very patient. Answered my many questions. Sometimes I repeated the same question. Not once did he lose his professionalism and courteous manner. I would pause in thought for minutes sometimes and not once did he say anything about ending the chat session to help other customers. He stayed with me till I was done asking and pondering. I bought all my speakers and on my way to a new receiver. Thanks so much Keith!!!!

This guy was amazing. Here i was thinking i was going to get some regular joe who only knew what his computer told him, instead i got a genius in his field. He was able to fully answer my questions in a matter of minutes, and WOW were they great answers. He was able to help me pick speakers that were right for me!

Keith is the MAN! :) We purchased a 46" Sony Bravia on a Sunday night... think I talked to Keith really late that night, so they probably received the order Monday. It was in my living room on Wednesday! Keith was knowledgeable, very helpful, and we've been nothing but pleased with his service, and the care we got from the entire Crutchfield staff. In fact, when it came time to buy our video camera two days later, we didn't even bother shopping around. Crutchfield is our one-stop electronics place from day one!
