Overview: The Sol Republic Tracks HD on-ear headphones are designed for listening to music on a digital media player or for use with your smart phone--virtually any device with a 3.5mm minijack.

V8 Sound Engines: Tracks HD are equipped with the high-performance V10 Sound Engines, which transform the headphones into a private, personal speaker system. Compared to the V8 sound engines, the V10 sound engines provide you with deeper bass and higher vocal clarity for superb sound quality. The large, lightweight ear cushions reduce pressure on the ear to provide comfort for long listening sessions.

Headband: The virtually indestructible curved headband is made of an advanced polymer compound called FlexTech. It has a soft pad at the top of the band for a comfortable fit. You can order additional headbands in 8 colors and change them to suit your mood or style. Colors include red, white, black, Progressive Purple, Glitch Grey, Electro Blue, Dub Orange, and House Pink.

In-Line Remote: Tracks HD feature a color-matching 47" cable with an in-line remote and microphone to let you control your phone calls and your music. The 3-button remote has a volume control, as well as buttons for selecting music and answering/hanging up your phone calls. It is compatible with iPod, iPhone, and iPad for volume, play/pause, and next/previous track. The high clarity ClearTalk microphone makes sure your calls are clearly heard by the other party. The in-line 3-button remote/microphone is compatible with the following devices (as of August 2012):

• iPod nano: 4th generation and later
• iPod shuffle: 3rd generation and later
• iPod classic: 120 GB and 160 GB (2009)
• iPod touch: 2nd generation and later
• iPhone: iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, and iPhone 4S
• iPad: all models
• Macbooks: for talking on G-chat, Skype, Aim, and other video chatting services
• plus some Android and Blackberry devices

Interchangeable Cables: Like the interchangeable headbands, cables with a ClearTalk omni-directional microphone and 3-button remote are also available in the same 8 colors.
