Whether you're building your first system or replacing some burned-out factory speakers, Rockford Fosgate's Prime Series R1525X2 5-1/4" speakers offer clean, powerful performance that'll keep you and your friends rockin' as you drive. The flush-mount tweeter allows this speaker to fit in more locations and provides a more focused image.

Better components give you better detail

Each 5-1/4" speaker sports a stiff polypropylene woofer cone that delivers strong drums and bass, along with clean reproduction of the midrange frequencies. Rockford Fosgate mounts the silk dome tweeter flush with the woofer so it'll fit in more vehicles while adding the excitement of strong high-frequency response. The built-in crossover network divides the frequencies going to each driver, so all your music plays faithfully. Grilles are included.

I never owned a R&F Speaker before, and I was pleasantly surprised with the sound and quality for a speaker costing so little. Good bass and highs. I recommend this speaker for any one looking for high quality for a decent price.

The speakers are great! They have great highs and a little bump to it as well. but I really just needed something with not so much bump on the front door speakers too much bump in the front door was giving me a headache so these are perfect I get a great crisp sound. guitar solos sound beautiful violins, vocals all sound beautiful. I'm driving a Dodge Durango with 6 3/4 speaker holes and these 5 1/4 are just fine.

Pros:

Clean, great highs, well rounded little bass bump to them. No distortion at all.

NONE. Perfect for me

There speakers have a great sound quality. I am very impressed with there performance. Dollar for dollar you cant beat em!

Pros:

There small enough to where they replaced my stock speakers with no problems. Which meant no fabrication.

Cons:

They don't produce a much bass or deep notes as I prefer.
