How do I use my rebate?
Rebates are available on certain items we carry. They normally come in the box with the product. Our rebates are only valid in the U.S. and many restrictions apply. Please be sure to read the fine print on your rebate form as they many not be honored outside the U.S.

Are you a wholesaler?
No, we are not a wholesaler and are prohibited from selling items for resale.

What is Scratch and Dent Stock? What is Outlet Stock?
Products maybe identified as Scratch and Dent Stock** because of the following:
  • The product was dented, scratched or blemished in shipping.
  • The manufacturer's box was damaged, but the component was unharmed.
  • The product was returned to us without the original packaging (we'll supply new packaging).
  • The product was returned to us without the owner's manual (we'll supply a photocopy replacement).
  • The product was returned to us without the original remote control (we'll supply an equivalent or better remote).
  • The product was returned to us in need of repair. (It is then repaired and we guarantee its performance.)
  • The product was returned under our 30-Day Total Satisfaction Guarantee and then repaired or refurbished to meet our high standards.
Warning: There is no way for us to identify which of the above reasons caused a particular item to be classified as in Scratch and Dent.

While Scratch and Dent product cannot include a Manufacturer's Warranty, they include a Crutchfield Warranty providing the same benefits and terms.

**Scratch and Dent Items are only returnable for a refund. No exchanges!

Please note: Scratch and Dent items may lack the paperwork needed to redeem manufacturer rebates and special offers.

What is Outlet Stock?
When a customer returns an item, we carefully test and inspect it, making sure it works perfectly and is free from significant cosmetic blemishes. We then repack it in the original box with all the included manuals and accessories, and offer it in our Outlet at a reduced price. Any item you purchase from Crutchfield's Outlet is covered by the same guarantees we offer with our brand new products. You get a full manufacturer's warranty and Crutchfield's Money-Back Guarantee:

You can return any item for any reason within the first 30 days. We'll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise ¨ whichever you prefer. No re-stocking fees, no questions asked.

Do you have manual, catalogs, or literature in Spanish?
Some manufactures do supply Spanish manuals for their products but unfortunately we do not have a catalog in Spanish.

Where is Crutchfield located?
Crutchfield is located in Charlottesville, Virginia, at the foothills of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.

Do you have any stores?
We do have two stores located in the state of Virginia. One is in Charlottesville and the other is in Harrisonburg.

Do you carry parts for products such as face plates for car stereos?
No, we do not carry parts. Any part that came in the original packaging when the item was purchased and was not available as an accessory must be purchased directly from the manufacturer. Some items are available as accessory items and may be available from Crutchfield. Please call us for more information.
