How do I return something?
You will need to call us to setup a return because we need to provide you with the return authorization number (RA #) for the return label that came in the box with your order. Once you have this number you can simply attach the label to the box and drop it off at any U.S. UPS location. Please remember that these labels are only valid within our areas of distribution and will not work internationally. We are not responsible for charges incurred for duties or return shipping outside our areas of distribution.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If you are returning a product within our distribution area then return shipping is free with the exception of freight items (televisions, floor standing speakers, etc.)
Do I have to pay taxes/duties on returns from outside the U.S.?
It is possible that you will have to pay taxes and duties on items returned from outside the U.S. Please remember that if you are in Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories that you will be responsible for local duties. Check with your local government office for details and rates.
