Originally from New England, (Go Red Sox!) I am excited to be a part of the Crutchfield family. I'm passionate about music, sports and movies. Through working at Crutchfield, I get to use and enjoy some pretty cool stuff, and then use that experience to help others get the most out of their electronics.
When I'm not advising customers I will likely be found enjoying time with my family and friends, hiking, biking, skiing, fishing and almost anything else.

Bill knows the definition of customer service. He helped me out with a cable issue and made sure I could get the cables by the the weekend. He scheduled Saturday delivery for me. Excellent Service. This is what makes Crutchfiled different. Thank you Bill.

It was a very good day today, not only did I buy my new Sony TV and sound system from Crutchfield,but also had the good fortune to talk with Bill and set up the order. He was so helpful and attentive to my choices and budget. I needed some connecting cables and power protection and Bill supplied options and opinions that made everything easy to understand and the whole transaction went smoothly....Many thanks Bill!

Our church is moving to a new location and we needed some reasonably priced, effective sound equipment that will give us good service and ease of use. I had the good fortune of connecting with Bill via phone and he found budget friendly solutions with the power necessary to accomplish our sound system objectives. Bill is terrific!
