Its sleek, modern look is accented by beautiful high gloss scratch resistant, powder-coated black steel and rounded shelves with elegant black tempered safety glass. The FP-4850HG Includes a CMS Cable Management System to hide wires and interconnect cables.

    Construction: The FP-4850HG is constructed of two black tempered safety glass shelves and a scratch resistant, powder coated black metal bracket and frame.

    TV Bracket: The FP-4850HG features an integrated mounting bracket designed to suspend your flat panel Plasma or LCD TV up to 52" and/or 125 lbs. The integrated stand offer adjustable height positioning for your flat panel television. The FP-4850HG supports televisions with 75 x 75mm up to 800 x 400mm mounting bolt patterns.

    Component Shelving: The Bell'O FP-4850HG features two fixed black tempered safety glass shelves. The two fixed clear tempered glass component shelves can be used for your audio/video components or even a center-channel speaker. Each shelf measures 42" wide and can support up to 50 lbs. The bottom shelf has a maximum depth of 15" and a compartment height of 8.255". The middle shelf has a  maximum depth of 14.5".

    Cable Management System: The FP-4850HG features a Cable Management System (CMS) which hides your speaker wires and interconnect cables for a neat and organized installation of your television and audio/video components.

    Price is Good, Function is Bad

    I settled for this stand as the Wife didn't like the price for the wooden stand. After receiving my new 46" TV and this stand I quickly realized I wish I had spent the additional $1200 and purchased the wooden stand. Final thought is this stand is excellent for the price when wall mount is not an option. The stand is not as sturdy as the wooden cabinet style. I will be saving up for the nicer stand in the near future.

    This stand is very easy to assemble, has a choice of TV mounting brackets to fit a variety of TV's. The wire management is great, but the covers need a way to be secured in the slots. This stand looks good and provides plenty of room on the glass shelves for other electronics or other items you want to display. I would recommend this stand to anyone that does not want to or can't wall mount their flat screen TV.
