Meet our advisors

What you get from your go-to person
You get someone who is extremely knowledgeable about the gear we offer and someone who will get to know you well enough to make custom-tailored recommendations. Above all, you get an individual whose job it is to earn your loyalty.
Your personal advisor is your guide to all of our products, know-how and services. He or she will look after your orders and follow up with you if any issues arise. You'll find that working with someone you know and trust takes less time and energy than introducing yourself to someone new each time you call. Your comfort level will increase with each contact.
This kind of long-term personal service wouldn't be possible if it weren't for our extremely low employee turnover. The average tenure in our advisor group is over eight years.
Where does your advisor's expertise come from?
Because we expect our advisors to stay with us a long time, we invest a lot in their professional development. Your personal advisor completed 13 weeks of classroom and hands-on installation training before taking calls and receives ongoing training on new products and technologies. Many of our advisors, such as those in our A/V Design Group, have attained CEDIA or MECP certification.
We also invest a lot in the tools that help your advisor serve you proficiently. He or she has instant access to the industry's largest database of fit information for car stereos. We have taken apart thousands of vehicles and meticulously measured and photographed the spaces behind dashboards and door panels.
Likewise, we thoroughly examine the products we offer and record our findings in a vast product information database. This hands-on approach stokes our passion for the gear. At the same time, it helps your personal advisor make better recommendations and efficiently answer all of your questions.

We go to junkyards and car lots to gather information for our car fit database.
