This antenna adapter lets you connect an aftermarket antenna cable to the factory radio in your Infiniti, Nissan, or Suzuki vehicle. The adapter has a standard female Motorola plug on one end and a male Nissan antenna plug on the other.

You'll also need another Nissan adapter if you are connecting an FM modulator or add-on CD changer to your factory radio.

didn't need it for my 09 nissan titan

seems like a good product if needed, the factory antenna plugged directly
to my kenwood with no problems. reception is slightly worse than factory
but not terrible.

When installing this adapter, make sure you connect the 'extra' blue wire to the power antenna connection or switched power (Ignition switch controlled). If you don't, you'll get REALLY BAD reception on your new receiver because this is the power connection to the antenna amplifier!

I guess the adapter was designed for Nissan products but works equally well with my Honda Fit with aftermarket receiver.

Only negative comment... NO INSTRUCTIONS!
