Features
Overview: The Sanus VisionMount VMF220 is a full-motion
mount for medium flat-panel TVs and monitors. The mount can tilt, swivel, and extend in
every direction so you can attain the perfect viewing angle. This mounting
bracket, black in color, features a built-in cable management system to conceal
and protect your cables.
Capacity: The VisionMount VMF220 is designed for 32" to
47" flat-panel
TVs. It has a maximum weight capacity of up to 100 lbs.
Bolt Pattern: The monitor bracket has multiple vertical
slots and can accommodate vertical hole spacing (on the back of the TV) from
3.9375" (100mm) up to
15.75" (400mm). The unit can expand horizontally for larger TVs. The vertical
brackets can slide along the horizontal bars, accommodating a horizontal hole
spacing from 3.9375" (100mm) to nearly 19.685" (500mm). The VMF220 comes with M4,
M5, M6, and M8 size bolts of differing lengths to mount the brackets to your TV.
VESA: Given the mounting bracket's range of motion, it will
accommodate the following VESA hole patterns in accordance with industry
standards set by the Video Electronics Standards Association:
- VESA 100 x 100
- VESA 200 x 200
- VESA 200 x 200
- VESA 300 x 200
- VESA 300 x 300
- VESA 400 x 200

Full-Motion: This full-motion mount extends (3.8125"-20.0"), tilts (5°/-15°),
and swivels (+/-75°)
for easy viewing anywhere in a room.
Virtual Axis: Sanus' patented Virtual Axis tilting technology allows
effortless viewing angle adjustment without the use of tools by balancing the
weight of the TV on itself. You can tilt the TV up or down with just the touch
of a finger, and easily reduce glare and reflections caused by lights or
windows.
QuickConnect System: Sanus' QuickConnect system allows the mounting
head to snap onto the arm assembly with one easy movement and unlock with the
push of a button. This allows you to attach and detach the TV to the wall mount
arm quickly and easily.
Post-Installation Level Adjustment: Post-installation level
adjustment allows the TV to "roll" up to 5º clockwise and counterclockwise to
ensure it is perfectly level.
Cable Management: An in-arm cable management channel protects and
conceals cables the length of the arm for a clean appearance.
Optional Speaker Mount: The Optional Sanus VisionMount VMA202 soundbar
speaker mount (item #
051VMA202) attaches directly to this wall mount, allowing you to mount your
soundbar, digital processor speaker, or center channel with no additional
drilling under your TV. The VMA202's extruded aluminum and heavy-gauge steel
construction is strong and sturdy, and holds speakers up to 35 lbs.
Wall Mounting: The bracket should be mounted to a wood wall
stud, solid concrete, or concrete block using the supplied wall-mount lag
screws. Required tools include:
- Stud finder
- Level
- Awl
- Phillips-head screwdriver
- Ratchet with 1/2" sockets (or 1/2" box wrench)
- Drill with 3/16" bit for wood stud installations
- Tape measure (ruler)
