If you're wall-mounting your Sanus component rack, the CFA16SM is a hinged support piece that attaches to the wall and the back of your rack. When you swing the rack out from the wall, the CFA16SM keeps it stable and level, allowing easy access to the back of your equipment. The rack swivels out effortlessly with a touch of the release tab, and locks securely when returned to its home position against the wall.

    Overview: The Sanus CFA16SM-B1 is an optional swing out mount for Sanus Component 1600 Series Racks (051CFR1615/051CFR1620, both sold separately). This optional swivel accessory enables access to the back of these wall-mounted modular rack systems, so you can easily get to your components rear-panel connections. It allows your Sanus Component 1600 Series Rack to swivel effortlessly with a touch of the release tab, and locks securely when returned to home position against wall. The Sanus CFA16SM-B1 opens up to 90-degrees.

    Installation: The Sanus CFA16SM-B1 includes two swing out mounts that attach to the upper and lower rear frame of a Sanus Component 1600 Series Rack and your wall's studs, using the included hardware.

    Required Tools:

    • Stud finder
    • Level
    • Awl
    • Hammer
    • Phillips-head screwdriver
    • Ratchet with 1/2" sockets (or 1/2" box wrench)
    • Drill with 7/32" bit for wood stud installations (3/8" bit for masonry)
    • Tape measure (ruler)

    Weight Capacity: Do not exceed 200 lbs (includes rack and any components or accessories).
