Overview: The Maxell CD-335 CD Scratch Repair Kit contains a liquid scratch remover, a spray-on cleaner, polish and sealer, plus a CD platform and 10 washable Polish and Cleaning wipes. The kit removes minor scratches which cause CD skipping and sound loss on CDs, DVDs, CD-ROM and Laser Discs. The kit will repair up to 100 discs when used as directed.

Cleaning Procedure: Once a CD is placed label down on the platform, two drops of the scratch remover solution are applied to the scratched portion of the disc. After waiting 5 minutes, the solution (now dried to a paste) is removed with a cleaning cloth. The polish and sealer solution is sprayed on the disc surface and wiped clean with a clean cloth. Note: Discs should be cleaned from the center of the disc outward in a straight line. It should never be cleaned in a circular fashion.
