Kenwood's CX-SR40 SIRIUS antenna mounts to your vehicle's roof with its powerful magnetic base, and its single 14-foot cable carries the satellite radio signal to any SIRIUS tuner with a single antenna input.

The CX-SR40 is about 25% smaller than previous Kenwood SIRIUS antennas, for a cleaner-looking installation! The antenna cable (which carries both the satellite signal and the terrestrial repeater signal) can be routed under the rear window molding (or through any convenient opening) to your SIRIUS tuner. The low-profile antenna is tested to withstand extreme environmental conditions.

Important Note: You must subscribe to SIRIUS in order to receive the satellite radio signal.

    Good antenna! The best part is the very small size. On my black car it blends in great. The antenna attaches by magnet and the tail (the part that covers the wire) attaches by 2 sided adhesive.

    The wire is pretty small in diameter. It could be a little smaller I think. It did not quite fit under the weather striping around my rear window (Civic). I don't think it will come out, but the rubber flap on the weather striping sticks up a little bit now.

    Also the cable is only 14 feet long. It barely made it to under my passenger's seat where I mounted my Kenwood KTC-SR903 Sirius Satellite Radio Tuner. The cable should be at least 20 feet long in my opinion.

    This antenna is a lot better than the previous single input type.This comes with an adapter if you need it.Also for its size it's perfect to install on your roof discretely
