About the P.I.E Aux Input Adapter For Toyota
Got a portable music player? Then you probably know that a direct connection to your vehicle's radio will give you the best possible sound quality. The Precision Interface Electronics TOY03-AUX/S adapter lets you add an auxiliary input to your Toyota or Scion factory stereo, suitable for connecting a Dock & Play satellite radio, portable music player, or other audio source.
This adapter works with 2003-up satellite-ready Toyota/Scion factory stereos that have a "Sat" button. The adapter includes a 19" harness that connects to the 12-pin mini-connector on the back of your factory radio. Warranty: 1 year.
Note: This adapter will not work in vehicles equpped with a factory rear seat entertainment system. Any factory satellite radio connected to the stereo must be disconnected to use this adapter. Overview: The PIE TOY03-AUX/S Toyota Auxiliary Input Converter allows you to connect an external portable audio device to the factory radio of select Toyota and Scion vehicles that are Satellite-ready. The TOY03-AUX/S converts the 12-pin satellite port of satellite-ready OEM Toyota and Scion radios (with "SAT" button) to RCA level audio input. The PIE Toyota Auxiliary Input Converter consists of an interface module with a pair of RCA inputs and a 19-inch vehicle connector harness.

Note: If the vehicle has an existing factory satellite radio, it will need to be removed in order to use the TOY03-AUX/S. This interface is not compatible if the vehicle is equipped with rear seat entertainment.
Connections: The Toyota Auxiliary Input Converter comes supplied with a 19" harness which connects between the unit's 10-pin molex plug and your Toyota/Scion factory radio's 12-pin satellite port. The TOY03-AUX/S features a pair of RCA inputs to connect your external portable audio device (stereo RCA cable not supplied).
Mounting: The TOY03-AUX/S features two integrated mounting flanges with four screw holes (mounting screws not supplied) to mount the unit in your vehicle.

Product works great. Installation w/ JBL OEM factory radio was a breeze. I installed the adapter in my glove box. Be sure to secure the adapter so that the cable leading to the radio does not get pinched. Crutchfield team (Shannon) was great.
