To protect items against shipping damage, we use biodegradable, starch-based peanuts that dissolve in water or in a compost pile. These reusable, static-free starch peanuts are made in our own Distribution Center.

Unlike most internet retailers, we stock nearly everything we sell. Over 93% of the products you see online and in our catalog are in stock when you order them.

In 2008, Crutchfield's 68 Distribution Center employees will process more that 950,000 outbound shipments. They take great care to see that your package arrives on time, in good condition.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. And, we will pay return shipping on most returns.*

* Just make sure it's in like-new condition, pack it all (remote, manual, etc.) securely in the original packaging, and call us for a return authorization number. Video games, video game consoles, and some video game accessories must be returned unopened in order to qualify (that is, they can be removed from the shipping material, but the original manufacturer’s packaging must remain intact).

Larger items requiring special delivery, such as some TVs, tower speakers, and furniture, are excluded from our free return shipping offer, as are video games, video game consoles, and some video game accessories. However, there is no charge for returning damaged or defective products.
