Just make sure it's in like-new condition, pack it all (remote, manual, etc.) securely in the original packaging, and call us for a return authorization number. To qualify for a full refund, Alpine IMPRINT™ software, video games, video game consoles, and some video game accessories must be returned unopened (that is, they can be removed from the shipping material, but the original manufacturer's packaging must remain intact). There is a rental option for the Alpine IMPRINT™ software that involves a $50 restocking fee.
